I was a bit apprehensive about taking my puppy to classes because of past experiences with draconian type trainers but Rebecca is totally different! She is kind and caring in her methods yet professional and approachable and understands dogs individual needs. My pup and I enjoyed our time in lessons and came away each week feeling positive and with beneficial advice in our pocket. We have even booked up for the next training stage which is praise indeed. I cant recommend Rebecca enough. My gorgeous girl Skye attended a 6 week puppy class last year and learnt so many life skills and gave me so many pointers in training her successfully going forward, now, after a few months, have just completed one to one sessions over the course of several weeks with Rebecca just to fine tune some other areas of training (and including my other elderly dog too) and honestly, my confidence and competence in training Skye has improved so much and the benefits have been huge! Rebecca’s classes were a great help with training our pup Lilith. A lot of things were covered, but it never felt rushed or overwhelming. Lilith is very inquisitive and easily distracted, but Rebecca gave us a number of tips for helping keep her focused. As first time puppy parents we’ve really appreciated the classes, they’ve given us the tools we need to confidently train Lilith with the added safety net of videos we can fall back on if we need them. We've completed both the puppy and intermediate/adolescent courses with our golden retriever Buddy. He absolutely loves Rebecca and going to class! The classes are lovely and small so she's able to give each dog and their owners lots of one to one attention, and tailors tasks to suit your dog if they're struggling with something. Buddy can be quite nervous and get overwhelmed, but the training has really helped him gain in confidence. We've learnt so much as first time dog owners, and Rebecca never makes you feel silly for asking questions or if you need extra help. We're so glad we chose Mischief Managed! Less
