Hired Texan Concrete Specialist to pour a patio and sidewalk. They promised “brooms finish with clean edges.” What I got was wavy, uneven concrete with puddles every time it rains. Edges are chipped, and they poured right up against my siding with no expansion joint. Owner came out, admitted it looked bad, and said they’d “make it right” — that was 6 weeks ago. Now they won’t return calls or texts. $6,400 for a patio I can’t put furniture on without it wobbling. Find a crew that actually cares about quality.

Hired Texan Concrete Specialist for my driveway in May. Crew showed up 3 days late with no call or update. The finish is uneven and there are already hairline cracks after 2 months. I called multiple times to have someone come look at it under warranty, but they keep saying "the manager will call back" and no one ever does. For $7,800 I expected professional work and follow-through. Can’t recommend them right now.

Starting with a great project bid visit from Brian to an excellent installation experience by “Snipe” and his crew, I couldn’t have asked for a better result. The team was quick, efficient, courteous and professional, completing a 20’x16’ concrete pad pour in my backyard. They arrived within their time window and were able to finish the job in 8 hours the same day. Now I have a beautiful new concrete pad to build an upgraded garden shed. My one critique would be some communication breakdowns in the days leading up to my project kickoff, but that was certainly not enough to warrant less than 5 stars in this case.
