UPDATE: After posting my initial review (below), John reached out immediately to resolve (phone was ringing off the hook!). Thanks to John and T for promptly completing all the outstanding items. I appreciate companies and people who work to make things right. Changing from 2 to 4 stars - thanks guys.== Original review ===They redid my driveway, walkway, and a section of my curb and street gutter. While they did a great job on the driveway, they missed the mark on my walkway and have been unresponsive in fixing issues they said they would address. A number of steps have quite noticeable cracks, which they said are normal. They offered to caulk and seal, but have not done it 5 months later. The face of one steps was finished poorly and they said they would fix, but hasn't been done. They sealed my walkway and acknowledged doing a poor job. John said he would have it resealed by their expert, but it has not been done 5 months later. The street curb and gutter incorrectly has a dip in it (see shadows from evening sun in pic) and the gutter actually drains water into the street, creating a water pool for my house guests to have to walk through! John agreed this was done incorrectly and would fix it - still not done 5 months later. Also, the project coordination before pour day was done poorly - they did not bring color samples by ahead of time, did not explain stamping options ahead of time, and did not explain expectations on me purchasing lighting fixtures ahead of time for walkway, etc., causing a lot of stress and quick decision making. More is expected for the price paid.

Had Texan Concrete repiar concrete in master bedroom and lay flooring, pour concrete pad for shed. They went above and beyond on repairing the concrete in bedroom and all the work was done very well and pricing was resonable. Very happy with results. Would use them again and highly recommend.

Texan Concrete Specialist went above and beyond to help us with a unique and complex problem. We're moving and our tornado shelter was epoxied down into the concrete in our garage by the previous homeowner. Another company told us it wouldn't be possible to move it without causing significant damage. John and Ian were able to help us the same day. Ian is a FANTASTIC mechanic who custom-welded an attachment for a bottle neck jack and literally popped the tornado shelter out of the ground with the jack with absolutely zero damage to our garage or concrete. John and Ian also went the extra mile in helping us dispose extra cement powder we had in our garage that we had no clue what to do with. They were both so friendly, great customer service. We are SO grateful for Texas Concrete Specialist and how they were able to creatively help us so quickly!

Man I am beyond pleased with John, T, and the team. We’re pumped about the work done.We got a brand new driveway and concrete front patio all in one day. They also removed some concrete in our backyard that we wanted gone — free of charge.I got multiple quotes, and Texan Concrete was the cheapest, but their work was great. I was able to ask questions to the foreman throughout the day and he was very helpful.John’s initial visit to scope out the work was great as well. Great communication and vision for the work done.I will definitely use them again for future work.
