This was my first experience with crossfit and it so far has been a great time. The coaches are knowledgeable and very friendly.

I was nervous to try CrossFit, but it has been such a fun experience. I lift heavier than I ever have because I feel comfortable with a coach always watching your form and available as a spotter. The group classes have kept me motivated and excited for more progress across multiple skills.

I found the strength I was looking for when I joined this gym. The coaches and the owners push you to become the best version of yourself. I am happy to be part of this CrossFit community knowing that they have my back and they want to see me lifting more weight than I think I can lift, because they know I can.

Great environment for beginners or people who have been doing CrossFit for a long time. They definitely make CrossFit less intimidating than other gyms, they are into adaptability especially for injuries or beginners, or if your like me and are both. I joined Crossfit Dyr for the 6 week body transformation program and lost 20 lbs and gained muscle by following their healthy diet guide and attending 3 classes a week. This gym and program is great. I wasn't seeing the results I wanted from the purple budget gym because I needed a plan and coaching. I'm getting it at Dyr. Great Gym and Friendly staff had Plenty of weights and space on the rig for me to complete my workouts. James was easy to schedule with and it was nice to have the gym more or less to myself. I will definitely be coming back here when I am in area to drop in again.

Amazing coaching from all of the coaches. Always a fun atmosphere. Any level of athleticism can join, they are good at structuring the workout to whatever you can/cannot do. Such a high level or energy during the workouts to keep you going during the toughest workouts!!

This place is amazing! Huge clean gym with brand new Rogue gear... the owners and coaches are top-notch... I love the comradeship here... with athletes of all skill levels...

CrossFit dyr was the best decision I made while traveling in the area. I felt very welcomed when walking through the door. If you’re looking to join because you live in the area or traveling, try them out I doubt you’ll disappointed!

Very clean and well staffed

I went last night to check out Crossfit Dyr. the coaches were attentative providing slight tweeks to form during the WOD. The equipment is top notch in that it is Rogue. They have spared no expense on the equipment for a brand new box.

The grand opening was a tribute to them for all their hard work in putting this wonderful gym together. What a great event...they had a local radio station airing live, they provided free chair massages, the chamber of commerce gave them a plaque and hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony. The warm up before the work out of the day was a free yoga session of stretching, etc. to get us started....how cool was that! I am new to crossfit and the days workout was a team pairing. I was with an individual who has never done this before and the coaches made certain that anyone on the floor who was new got individual attention before (setting them up and showing them the routine) and throughout the workout to ensure they were ok, doing everything properly (to their personal ability) while encouraging and supporting everyone (some 20+ people). It was Amazing and I was very impressed. There was even a celebration after the workout with free pizzas and beverages. I highly recommend you get to this facility and make DYR crossfit a part of your lifestyle. You won't regret it. And your first workout is free! Less
