Best experience. Everyone is so nice and “competitive”. I love it.

The coaches are very knowledgeable and able to provide modifications if needed. There is a learning curve in the beginning, however the community and coaches make true health accessible.

I have tried diets and gyms before, but RxFit has actually worked for me. I’ve lost weight and gained muscle. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly suggested and I hope I see you in class 👍

This gym fitness/nutrition model and team of intuitive coaches have provided the insight to modify at my level of experience. I’ve excelled my goals in 6 weeks - 3 months.

I absolutely appreciated their nutrition program! My favorite part was having someone that I could report to daily. They taught me how to portion control and track macros regularly, while checking up on how I felt/achieved for the week. I felt comfortable being honest/not shy because I was assigned one person I’d report to and it felt personal which I think helped me be consistent.

I love the community, everyone is supportive and motivating. All trainers are very professional, knowledgeable and they know how to squeeze every last quark of energy out of their trainees. Glad that l have finally made a decision and joined the RxFit.

This gym is amazing. The coaching staff is so encouraging and knowledgeable. The coaches do such a great job of teaching and working through each movement and lift that we do. The manager, Chris, has easily made this the best gym around.

We love this gym! My strength has doubled since I started. The coaches are so knowledgeable. They use a program called Level Method and it’s really easy to tailor to your own goals ad abilities. The community is incredible too. Can’t say enough good things!

RxFIT is a great gym. The programming is really good and they use a unique system to mark your progress and determine your level for the workouts each day. Not only are the people who attend encouraging and the community great, but the coaches are excellent. This place is great!! At 61 years old never an athlete and I have a congenital heart defect I work out with everyone. The coaches are all able to scale the work so that I can be involved in the work out. First I was new and then I was pregnant and they helped me find appropriate modifications so I could continue to come to classes through most of my pregnancy! Crossfit Spearhead is an incredible gym where the owners are part of the coaching staff. They are fully vested in my success as well as making sure all exercises are done correctly so I avoid accidents. I wish I would have started doing this years ago.

There has to be at least 25 different gyms between my house in Draper and Spearhead, yet I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Coaches, programming, tremendous members keep me coming back. RXFit Holladay has been a great gym to go to. There are lots of progressions for differing skills and abilities so everyone can do what is best for them. Sean is a highly educated and trained instructor who patiently walked us through the CrossFit SpearHead pre-training, making sure our backs, necks, and joints were protected from injury during our progression. We are now in our fourth week and continue to receive hands-on direction from each of the coaches and yoga instructors (yes, I have now begun to do yoga!). I have done CrossFit at several gyms around Utah but I have never seen anything like what I have received at Spearhead. Even though I had been doing CF for 3 years it wasn't until I started coming here that I learned the right technique and movements. I have seen incredible gains since I started listening to these amazing coaches that not only know the right things to teach but also know the best way to teach it and to motivate me to follow. They have built an incredible community of members and coaches that support each other, cheer for each other, and challenge each other to achieve greater results. I started at SpearHead three months ago. As a semi-competitive marathon runner who had done nothing with weights for nearly 20 years, I was extremely intimidated by the thought of trying something as far from my comfort zone as CrossFit. After a series of running-related injuries derailed some of my marathon goals, though, I knew I needed to do something that would strengthen my core and fix some of my muscular imbalances, so I bit the bullet and decided to face the humiliation. From the start, any embarrassment I've felt has been purely self-created, because I've never enjoyed working out with a group as much as I love going to SpearHead. Dallin and Carlyn (two of my favorite people) have created a CrossFit community in their own image--even better when you get to know it than you expect based on first impressions (which are impressive enough). The coaches and gym members are uniformly kind, helpful, encouraging, and fun. Although I never expect to be very good at a lot of the CrossFit movements, I will keep going because I am seeing gains (modest though they are), feeling great, and having fun. Less

I've been with Spearhead since they opened their doors, over two years ago. I'd done it all before that: yoga, pilates, barre class, aerobics, hours on the treadmill and running outside, and even a few years of my own strength/cardio sessions at the gym. None of the preceding workouts yielded the results I've gotten from Crossfit. Without a doubt, I am stronger, more fit, in better shape, and a faster runner after my two years with Spearhead. But I could do Crossfit anywhere, with any box; there are a handful within 5 minutes of my house. I am loyal to Spearhead because I've never experienced a community like the one the members and owners have created within the four walls. Many of the members have become my close friends. We all check in on each other's families, jobs, health, and activities. We often extend workouts into a weekend dinner and/or movie and it's not remotely uncommon for members to spend extra time after a class deep in discussion with one another. This matters to me because by its nature, Crossfit thrives on a sense of community and team work. While we're all working to beat the clock in a class, every member has genuine concern that the person next to him is feeling good, working hard, and getting cheered on. This environment is in direct relation to the coaches and their vision for the gym. The coaches at Spearhead are without ego or competition between each other and members. They devote extra time before and after class, personal texts and emails - anything you need to get that extra encouragement or advice on technique. The coaches are all extremely knowledgeable in their trade and work to stay current in the industry. They're fun. Workouts are consistently filled with music, laughter, high fives, and smiles. Crossfit Spearhead has been a gift to my family and me (all members) and I can't recommend highly enough. Less

Haven't been with the Spearhead family for too long (3 months), but I have already seen major changes. I've been running for years and have two marathons and a 50 mile ultra under my belt, but I needed something more. Dallin and his team of coaches are the best in the business. Each one caring about their members and taking time to always teach proper form. The workouts are intense, fun (yes! we have a blast while sweating our gut out!) and the best part of my day. Every member of the gym is friendly and supportive, always cheering each other on. Even though it has only been a few months, my runs are starting to be faster and I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life! Less

I've been dabbling with CrossFit for years and have visited several different gyms, but I never got serious about it until I started working out at CrossFit Spearhead. Dallin is bar none the best trainer I've come across and has assembled an awesome group of trainers to join him. They make sure you have the right form and movements and then push you beyond what you'd think you can do. CF is often criticized for being dangerous for pushing beginners beyond what they can really do. That just doesn't happen here. And the environment is unbeatable. Everyone is friendly and supportive. If you want to have a positive, friendly, incredible CrossFit experience, look for further. Less
