What a great addition to Kew Gardens ! I really love this place. Tried Kickboxing and Strength classes with Ernie, Brenda and Enrique. I was really impressed. This is what I was looking for without traveling far. The facility itself is so nice and well equipped.Good job, guys.

This is definitely my style of gym, what I've been looking for since I've been in NY and what I've been hoping to find in my area, finally came trueI'm so happy to finally feel 100% comfortable and identified with the type of training, place to train and also happy with the professional trainers:Zunayed, Ernie, Justin, Bryan and Enrique, they all have optimal energy, they’re amazing and professional and they’re all the perfect choice to get motivation from and an amazing workout! I wish I could give this gym 10 stars. What a great new addition to the neighborhood. Brand new with top level equipment, clean and spacious. I love that I can choose between boxing or HIIT classes with great knowledgeable coaches that you can see love what they are doing. I leave there knowing I got a great workout.

Technique training is a fantastic new gym for anyone serious about both boxing and strength training. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped, with boxing bags and plenty of free weights and machines for strength workouts. The trainers, Justin, Zunayed, Ernie, Bryan, Enrique and Brenda are motivating, offering both group classes and personal sessions. The atmosphere is supportive and amazing, making it easy to push yourself. If you want to elevate your workouts this is the place to be!
