My son has been attending CrossFit 11:24 and he absolutely loves it. The workouts are challenging, motivating, and have really helped build his confidence and discipline. The instructors are outstanding, they constantly monitor his form to make sure he’s training safely and correctly, and they do an amazing job encouraging and cheering him on throughout every workout. We’re extremely happy to be part of the CrossFit 11:24 family!
