New Look Painters power washed by entire driveway yesterday -- about 200 feet long concrete. The man was at my house for several hours and did an outstanding job. I have done some pressure washing myself and it is a hard job. The entire driveway was well cleaned and no damage to grass or foliage. I could not ask for more than that. I obtained several quotes for an extensive interior painting project, and New Look was very reasonable and seemed the most professional and reliable. They lived up to my expectations - the lead painter, Scott, was great at communicating when he was coming and if he would be late, as happened a couple times. I've had bad experiences of waiting for contractors who didn't show and then trying to track them down, and that never happened with Scott. They showed up consistently until the job was finished. Scott even went over an area that he didn't feel was up to snuff, and the few spots that I found to touch up were redone with no hesitation. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because I am waiting to see how the job holds up and if their guarantee is good... but I fully expect it to be. Less
