We Fix Phones N More

I brought my high-end gaming PC here on a Saturday for a power supply replacement. I had already purchased the unit from Best Buy and was looking for a same-day turnaround since most shops are closed on Sundays. On the positive side, the customer service was good they were friendly and easy to reach by phone. However the experience felt overpriced for the level of detail provided. I was charged $200 (after tax) just for the installation of the new power supply. While I understand there is a premium for specialty work and 'rush' requests, the execution didn't match the price tag. When got home I realized they hadn't cleared the BIOS screen to ensure a full boot-up. I will admit is minor but i imagine could be very inconvenient for the nontech savvy. More importantly after getting it home I realized they failed to connect the power cable to my Samsung SSD. I have a very large case so it wasn’t like it was hidden and they did have to disconnect it from the old power supply. For a $200 labor fee I shouldn't have to open my own case and follow Google tutorials to diagnose and then finish the job with cables they left in the box.It felt like the price was based more on the high-end look of my components than the actual work. The power supply was installed andthe overall computer is working. But one of those things in hindsight with more patience I feel like I could’ve got a better deal somewhere else. You live and learn some mistakes are $200
