Before coming into We Fix Phones N' More, we were told by our phone carrier and techies at Samsung no one would be able to get into a password-locked cellphone. Fortunately I brought a second, older cellphone with me that Michael and Nick were able to utilize from an older Gmail account still on it I had the password for.In all, while I lost some data, picture files especially and having to re-enter some passwords, I'd certainly recommend this business for cellphone troubleshooting and maintenance.
