I am a beginner and middle aged. All coaches are very knowledgeable. Instructions are highly efficient. No egos and welcoming that fosters a great learning environment. Every visit is building on the last sessions and systematic. 6 weeks in and feel confident that this is the school for me.

I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his amazing instructors. My eight-year-old daughter currently trains at Gracie Owensboro. The first thing that you will notice is the environment that they have created. There is a positive vibe that lacks any judgment, bullying, anger, or ugliness. These kids are surrounded by strong, confident women and men who are ideal role models. The life skills that they are teaching these kids enable them to handle the hard world that they face outside of Gracie‘s walls.

Purple belt Visiting from Chattanooga. My brother trains at this facility. Came in for open Mat. Clean facility with lots of mat space. Everyone I met was kind and welcoming. Good rolls with people that aren’t trying to hurt you or prove something, yet competitive. Will definitely be coming back next time I visit my brother.

My son and I both have memberships here, i havent gotten to attend much myself but the coaches here are great with kids and slow everything for you to really get the movements down

This place deserves a 12/10 for communication. Their emails are spot on and their ability to connect with families is exemplary! I am so glad we found Gracie and I am proud of the growth I already see in my son. The other day he was being lazy when doing his exercises. Coach Josh knew he could do better and said "when you cheat on your exercises, you're not cheating me, you're cheating yourself". Right before bed that night, my son mentioned what he said and prayed about it. Josh coaches the whole child and I appreciate him for that. Thank you for all you do for our kids.
