As a registered nurse with nearly 25 years of experience, I have had the pleasure of working with many gifted surgeons across various medical disciplines. So when I finally decided that I have had enough of being a hostage to my right breast disfigurement (which first occurred after my primary breast augmentation in 2001), I had many doctors in mind that I wanted to consult with. I met with two other surgeons previous to meeting Dr Fairbanks, but the moment that I met with Dr Fairbanks, I just knew in my heart that he was the right doctor for me. He is caring, he is thorough, and he carefully listened to everything that I had to say. And because of my background in OR nursing, I had numerous (probably annoying) amount of questions and he answered every one of them with such knowledge and compassion.
