We couldn't be happier with the job Pyramid did for us. From the first phone call to the follow up after installation communication was clear and accurate. The price was by far the most fair out of the 4 quotes we got and the 50 year transferable warranty adds extra peace of mind. Even the extra work that needed to be done once the old shingles came off was priced very fairly and they didn't take advantage of us. Shawn, Chris and the crew were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. The cleanup afterward was immaculate as well. Shawn and the team at Pyramid are amazing! We had been putting off the roof replacement for a long time but finally had to get it done. Spoke with Shawn and he walk us through the whole process and immediately put our minds at ease, and booked his estimator to come out, and unlike most other roofing companies around Manchester these guys were not the hard selling type, which was a relief! Super easy process, very relaxed and super patient answering all our questions. The crew were amazing too. Super fast, super clean and even showed us pictures from up on the roof of a couple plywood pieces that needed to be replaced (I mean the roof was 26 years old, so to only have 2 pieces needing replaced we were happy!) The crew even went to our neighbors to ensure any debris was cleaned up! I've heard horror stories of nails and debris being left behind from other companies but not the case with Pyramid. All around the experience was great! Best pricing I could find and the quality of the products is unparalleled, GAF stands behind their products which was additional peace of mind. All this is to say we cant recommend Shawn and the Pyramid Roofing team enough, from start to finish they are the best!

We just had five roofs replaced on our house and couldn't be happier. They did a great job from the extensive quote and site visit phase to the actual installation. The installation crew worked very quickly and tried to be concientious of not blocking our neighbors from their daily routines. They were as quiet as a roofing crew could manage to be and were always courteous and responsive. The finished product is awesome and the cleanup was done expertly.

Long story short, Pyramid was incredible. We purchased a new home and almost immediately received a letter stating we would need a new roof. After reading a ton of reviews from google, yelp, and the better business bureau, we decided to get a quote from Pyramid for our roof replacement. Shawn called us back the same day and laid the entire process out and shared his company's background and credentials and worked around our schedule to get his estimator out to us to talk through everything in more detail, lay out our options, and gather the information necessary to get us an accurate estimate. The estimate guy was exceptionally personable and professional. Every question we had was answered thoroughly and we even got an information packet with additional information on the process and materials. We got our estimate the next day (estimator was at our house in the afternoon) and it was way less than we anticipated and turned out to be exactly what we paid! Shawn called both to ensure we received the estimate and to talk us through any questions. For the actual install, Shawn worked with our schedule again, made sure we knew exactly what to expect when, and got us in like a week and a half after our initial call. The materials and dumpster arrived the day before the install and the crew arrived EXACTLY when they said they would. The crew themselves were awesome. Within 30 minutes of arriving at the house, the whole house was protected with tarps and guys were on the roof staging to pull the old shingles off. Cleanup was done throughout the day so nothing piled up and a very thorough job was done. I stayed home in case they needed anything but they never did. They finished our roof by 4 the same day they arrived and it looks perfect. I still cannot believe how fast and easy the whole process was. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

The overall work seemed good, but workers did not speak english very well and resulted in miscommunication. As a result, roof vent was put in wrong place but they did relocate it a no cost. The guy installing the styrafoam baffles between the eaves and attic were put in upside down. I have to reinstall everyone one them (like 40) in a hot attic. The nail they used to install the roof vent, fake chimney and new plywood (I had all my plywood replaced since it was warped in some areas) were too long (2-1/2-3") and stuck out into the attic way too far. I had to cut over 30 nails with a hacksaw so the nails were only down 1" as a safety concern when working attic such as replacing insulation. Maybe I am a perfectionist and want everything done perfectly. But overall the roof was installed correctly and no issue with any leaks so far. I would use them again just be careful to explain things (severak times) to a non-english worker (foreman) if anything being done needs explanation.

Just had my roof done by Pyramid Roofing. Willie and his team did a great job in protecting our shrubs, flowers, deck, and deck furniture. The job was done in one day despite needing to replace 6 plywood pieces and the lead flashing around the chimney. Shawn did a great job in communicating about the additional work which could not be quoted until the original shingles were removed. Chris took the time to explain the work needed as well. It was a very hot, sticky day but the team did well to completely clean up after the work was done. Bravo to all.

From the first meeting with their estimator to final cleanup of our property everyone involved was professional and helpful. Their attention to detail in all aspects of the job was reassuring. The. Recess very diligent in keeping debris away from our house and in the dumpster. Our project was approx 26 square and was done in one day. We had 3 quotes for the job and although they weren’t the cheapest, their product and installation was well worth the slight ($700) difference. Highly recommend Pyramid.
