So ofc a place like this is gonna be a bit intimidating, but the class felt the perfect mix of being supportive to me as a newcomer without being too nice and giving me any pats on the back for no reason. The vibe was much better than I expected and is the main reason I’ve picked this as my gym. I’ve gone to MMA gyms before that had a horrible vibe and this was nothing like that. I felt like I was being invited in but also getting lots of constructive criticism and being made aware that this a tough sport and deserves a lot of respect. Really happy about this place 👍

Absolutely loved class! Tam came in with a lot of energy, and while it was my first time, he still equally gave as much attention to me as he did the rest of the class. The team here at Janjira is awesome. I will definitely be back consistently at this wonderful gym!

My coach Tyrek was quick to correct me when I made mistakes but also made it easy to understand and how to correct it. We had new team members today and they were welcomed and did not feel like outsiders even as they were new to the class.
