This gym and these people are amazing!! Every coach meets you were you are in your fitness journey and in life!!! I have two young kids and life is crazy. They have not only welcomed me but my kids. Everyone is encouraging and helpful!!!

I would highly recommend AKP! I was looking to get back into working out after not being consistent. I hadn’t done CrossFit prior to joining and was a little nervous. I found not only great classes to motivate me but also an awesome community!

CrossFit is very rewarding 4 everyone. My daughter does the CrossFit, weightlifting and whatever and I’m n the senior group called Rusty Bolts!! Just love the name. Mon/Wed/Fri at 8:30 and if u can’t b there u can do the zoom class at 10am. Would love 2 c some of my senior friends join.
