Amazing neighborhood gym. I always get a great workout. What I like best is the community feel of this gym. The first time I visited, everyone was so welcoming; that was 9 years ago. Workouts can always be scaled and tailored to your fitness level. I could not recommend this gym more.

Went to regular gyms for years and never felt like I was getting results. The Hub offers a variety of different types types of classes - strength, HIIT, spin, body pump, etc. and every time I leave doused in sweat. The workouts are great and the community of people is even better.

When I started back recently I continued to mix in workouts at the Hub along with regular visits to a local chain gym......and here is what I saw with my own eyes People that I had not seen at the Hub in six to seven months were in incredible shape, some more "ripped', others significantly more tone and others had lost several pounds, the same people that I saw again at the local chain gym...........they still looked the same.
