It was a pleasure working with Yohan. He was very thorough and detail oriented, pointing out to all the outlets that needed to be replaced with GFCI outlets. He even went all the way up to the roof of the building to make sure the A/C unit had been replaced in its entirety. Not an easy task, because the condenser units were all mixed up and unlabeled. But he figured it out. No major issues were found, whuci is always a good thin. All in all he did a very comprehensive inspection that paid for itself in negotiating with the seller.

Yohan did an excellent job inspecting a Keys condo and relaying the results to us, both in real time and in a written report with photographs. Besides reporting issues, he also noted the condition of a/c, hot water heater, and appliances, so we knew exactly what we would be getting with the purchase.
