I’ve had my teeth done today and well I’m absolutely over the moon, I was collected from the airport in a luxury taxi, taken to a lovely hotel. The Quinn hotel which both were included in the price. From start to finish the clinic was absolutely brilliant, very friendly helpful and reassuring. My dentist and technician was very professional and spoke me through the wjoke procedure, I would like to thank them very much im so happy. And feel a lot more confident now. Everyone I’ve spoken to at the hotel and the clinic who has used or using new look say the same 10/10Highly recommended by myself and everyone I’ve spoken too 😁

I have just arrived back from a week's stay in Antalya for my final treatment at New Look Smile Dental Clinic.My first visit was back in April for teeth extraction, bone graft and temps fittedI had no anxiety for this final visit where I was going to have my permanent crowns. This was based on my very positive experience in my previous visit in April. Sure enough, everything went smoothly and I was again treated as a very valued customer and patient.I had an appointment most days to ensure my 'bite' was correct and I was comfortable with everything. They strive to ensure that everything is correct. I have now arrived back in UK with a beautiful full set of teeth and I can eat properly and comfortably. The professionalism of this company is outstanding. I’ve just completed treatment which consisted of bone grafts, sinus lift, extractions, implants and crowns. The work was done in stages over 3 trips. The coordination behind each persons treatment is unsurpassed. I was a very nervous patient at 59 but I was treated with kindness and respect. I went out to New Look on 17th August for a week of treatment including crowns, extractions and root canals. I decided to go for the scan in Manchester and I pretty much decided I wanted to use them from that visit as they put me at ease the price was good, not the cheapest but far from the most expensive and I just felt comfortable. The communication from them from first contacting them was brilliant. I booked my flights sent them the details from then on everything is pretty much spelt out for you. The driver was waiting for us on arrival it's quite amusing and overwhelming all the teeth signs so we got a bit lost, I messaged my coordinator and the driver found us. I was picked up at 9am on the Monday and from walking in the clinic to the lovely reception girls you are put at ease. I then had another xray and went through my treatment plan with Oliver my coordinator, special shout out to him for going through every detail clearly before treatment starts. I started treatment in the afternoon which was teeth preparation. It's obviously not a relaxing spa treatment but was made as comfortable as possible and I didn't feel any pain throughout any of the treatment but was constantly asked if I was ok and told just raise your hand if you feel uncomfortable. Your driver will then take you back to the hotel promptly. I had the same driver all week and he was lovely and prompt everytime. Day 2 was time to see the surgeon for extractions and root canals again I personally didn't feel pain had some swelling after but that went down quite quick. At New Look it seems there is a surgeon for this part of treatment. I knew already I had problems with the end molars top right and they tried to save the end tooth but it was too decayed so I was given the option of an implant which I declined until I had my temps in the realised it was better to have that. So day 3 should have been a day off but I had a sinus lift, bone graft and implant fitted I will go back in 6 months to finish that off. They didn't try to sell me that, nobody wants pressuring it was my decision. Was nervous about this bit but as the surgeon smiled and told me extractions are worse you will be ok and It was the apprehension was worse. Thursday I went in for fitting my final crowns again a painless procedure I was offered injections again but just went for it and found I didn't even need them but you can if you choose. I think they were perfect for me I wanted natural and I got it. Friday it was making sure they were spot on after having them overnight. The dentist wasn't quite happy with them so was a bit more filling until he was. He stressed how important this bit is for the final bite. Then my treatment was done thank you to each and every person at New Look 😊. I was sent away with pain relief which you get throughout and antibiotics. A bit about the clinic it is beautiful and so modern compared to ones I've been in the UK your a bit like wow when you walk in, I know it only a dentist but I was impressed. The place just sparkles it's that clean and the staff are amazing. A visit to the waiting area and garden on the bottom floor is a must. I didn't experience anyone there or at the hotel with any complaints which I thought said a lot. I was put up in Awen hotel it's a quiet hotel in a quieter area so depends what you want but when having treatment it was perfect for me and my daughter, shes only 21 and she felt comfortable there when I left her alone and I felt comfortable leaving her. It's very modern recently being refurbished and the staff are lovely. If you stay there pay the ladies in the spa a visit. Other people in your position at the hotel so if you're alone always people to chat to but it's overwhelming. It's a brief summary but I would certainly recommend them and don't regret my decision. I've had a lot of compliments and a couple of people asking for their contact details and the main comment is natural you couldn't tell of you don't know. Thank you again to all at New Look 😊

Just finished my treatment with NEW LOOK Dental. I could not rate these guys enough, 5* treatment 🥰 my journey was seamless and stress free, all transfers and accommodation was arranged and organised for me, communication was brilliant, I was kept informed and updated on pick up times every day. Every body at NEW LOOK are very friendly and accommodating, lovely cafe and garden waiting area. The dentist was very thorough and did a perfect job! I could not be happier.

Brilliant clinic and I’m so happy I found them just before I booked elsewhere.I had 23 crowns and 2 root canals done, they talked me through the whole procedure, no pressure at all and have been responsive the whole time I’ve been in turkey for any questions no matter how late it is.The clinic is immaculate and between the ladies on the front desk to the management guys it’s been a really good experience.They arranged awen hotel for my stay which is clean and adequate for any stay, the chauffeur drivers are always on hand and even dropped me elsewhere, never late and always have a chat on the way to and from.I’m confident they’ve done a decent job and also they didn’t shave my teeth down to nothing which was my main concern they just done it to the minimum amount they had to, an aftercare bag I’d given on the final day.I would rather fly to turkey each year for a proper check up from them then trust a dentist in the uk as I’ve had so many problems in the past even when paying mainly for private treatment.I will update this when I’m home with pictures and names of the staff who went over & beyond including the milkshake lady hahaThanks ladies and gents you’ve been superb and everyone speaks very highly of this clinic I can now see why!

I’ve just gotten back from Antalya after my treatment for 20 Zirconium crowns at Newlook dental clinic.Nurdi was my treatment coordinator and he was helpful the whole way through. He explained the whole process to me thoroughly, and made me feel at ease.Dr Sirik was brilliant throughout the treatment process, very kind and polite. He made sure that I was happy with the treatment throughout and nothing was ever too much to ask - he made sure that I was happy with my final crowns ready for them to be placed and made sure that any changes I wanted were done.Dr Basar applied my final crowns, and again, nothing was ever too much to ask. He was thorough, made sure that I was happy with the final crowns again before applying them. Dr Basar then saw me the following day, to make any last changes to my bite which I am super happy about.Dental nurse Pinar was there throughout my whole treatment, again, lovely and polite. She was very welcoming along with all the other staff at the clinic.The dental team at new look are absolutely brilliant, Sule and Fatma were always welcoming on arrival to the clinic. The clinic is spotless, very clean and comfortable during treatment. The transfers from the hotel to the clinic, and to the airport were seamless and the drivers were absolutely lovely. I would recommend New look dental clinic to anyone who is looking to have crowns fitted.

I was sceptical to come to turkey to have any dental work because of all the apparent horror stories you read online, this isn’t true! I had a 5/5 experience — was picked up in lovely cars, taken to wherever I needed to be, no problem was ever too much. My teeth look amazing, I’ll be recommending other people to come here for sure. You also get an actual warranty that they will honour unlike most places.Great to meet you all.Ash

I have just returned home from having my treatment at New Look Smile. All the staff were amazing and they went above and beyond to get my perfect smile. The clinic was spotless and state of the art. The organisation of my hotel stay and transfers were spot on. I have already highly recommended the clinic since arriving home.

Started my journey with new look smile in 2024 went to Manchester first for a scan and consultation got told what I needed done with professor betul. Booked flights for June 2024 to start my treatment on 16th june when I got there I had another scan and consultation with the surgeon where I needed a lot more work than originally thought ( price never went up it actually went down a considerable abount compared to original quote in manchester ) which resulted in needing 3 trips to complete my final smile. 1st trip was tooth removal, bone grafts & teeth shaving. ( uncomfortable with swelling but not painful ) Came home with temporary bridge fitted which did come loose a few times but was also rectified at Manchester ( 1 of the best things about this clinic having a dentist in Manchester ) Next trip was January 19th 2025 where I had my implants placed and new bridge fitted over teeth ( I am half implants half veneers) all went well again at clinic with surgeon he is lovely and definitely cares about his patients always asking if ok or need a break. Came home where bridge Came loose again so back to Manchester to be re glued where I had a reaction to glue sent a photo to dentist via whats app and was advised to get antibiotics off them for a week and go back for a root canal booked flights for February got to new look smile ended up having 5 root canals just to be on safe side with no extra cost to myself from the clinic which was an added bonus had them done and came home with no issues. Few weeks later booked flights again for April 1st for my final smile with new look everything went great felt well looked after off surgeon & matt! Matt really is a credit to the company he listens to things and rectifies anything that needs rectifying honestly could not of asked for a better person to deal with there while all of the staff are amazing he stood out 100% to me. Took a week in total to have everything done and I couldn't be any happier with everything been home 3 days upto now and don't seem to have any issues it feels weird to eat but obviously I have false teeth so going to take some getting used too would recommend newlook smile to any1 ! 😁

For anyone considering travelling to Turkey for dental work I cannot recommend New Look Smile highly enough. I have just returned, from Antalya, having completed my full implant ( all on 6 ) treatment and can honestly say that the results are life changing.The facilities are better than anywhere i have visited in the UK ( NHS or private ) and are always spotlessly clean.All of the staff are amazing. Every day you get a warm welcome from the wonderful Fatma and Sule, who work non stop to make sure that you are happy and in the right place at the right time. Oliver is a legend, always on hand to talk you through the process and answer any questions. I saw two dentists during my treatment. Firat had the job of removing my original teeth and was very friendly, professional and kept any discomfort to a minimum. Then it was up to Gokmen to fit my implants. Probably the most patient man in Antalya and works so hard to make sure that you are happy with your new smile. A final thank you to Rustu, the nurses, limo drivers and the women in the coffee bar ( best banana milkshakes in Turkey). Together you have helped me to smile more, in one week, than I have in many years .
