I came for my top teeth and my bottom teeth doing and unfortunately coming home with only my top teeth doing because one tooth on my bottom is out of place so they couldn’t do composites on, it isn’t an issue to me as I’m now receiving Invisalign treatment for my bottom teeth in the UK and coming back to New Look Smile as soon as it’s completed to get my bottom teeth done as well. The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was fantastic! The dental clinic is about twenty minutes drive from the hotel, and you're transported there and back in the company's minibus, which is comfortable, and the drivers seem to have had some extra training as they are calm and careful on the journey. The clinic itself is modern, bright and spacious, and all the staff are incredibly friendly. There's a coffee bar and garden downstairs where you can enjoy a drink as you finalise the details of your treatment. I'd been worrying that the treatment itself would be painful; I was wrong. You feel the anaesthetic needles going in, but it doesn't really hurt. After that, you feel nothing. Rustu, my dentist, was friendly but, most importantly, extremely skilled at what he was doing. On day one my terrible, crooked, yellow teeth that had embarassed me my whole adult life were shaped, then temporary veneers were put on while the permanent ones were made. Five days later all was completed, the permanent ones were fitted, and I was staring in astonishment at someone I barely recognised in the mirror. A lot of reviews here mention that treatment with New Look Smile changed their life. That might sound like an exageration. It's not. As soon as I was back home I noticed I was holding people's gaze and holding my smile longer. My old teeth had been shaming me without me realising it. Two days after getting back I was talking to an acquaintance (who didn't know I'd just had my teeth done) when they suddenly blurted out 'Your teeth are amazing!' Treatment with New Look Smile was smooth, professional, friendly, pain-free, and achieved better results than I dreamed were possible. I came for a Hollywood smile, my teeth were snapped at the front and I had an overbite and I had a lot of gum showing so I didn't think I would get the smile I desired. I have just completed my dental treatment and I am overflowing with gratitude to have recieved the best version of my old smile. My case was given the utmost care and consideration from the very first contact with Oliver who was incredibly supportive and present in every step of my treatment and Buşra who always welcomed and checked on me with care and positivity. See, I came to New Look Smile after receiving a very mediocre smile makeover at a different clinic. I already knew walking into New look's doors that there is a chance my case could be rejected as it's quite an unusual and a bit of a challenging one. Because of all the heavy medications I was on for years to treat a severe autoimmune disease, I had lost many of my back teeth. I opted for implants and had 7 of them placed in January to restore the roots of my molars. In addition to that, my remaining teeth were at a slight over jet from handling all the chewing efforts for almost 3 years. Dr Rüştü is an absolute perfectionist, his dedicated approach to Cosmetic Dentistry is artistic, meticulous and compassionate. He truly listened to my story and took my priorities into consideration and I got to leave with a smile that literally turned back time for me. Well what can i say they go over and beyond to make u comfortable and happy. They are so caring and kind.. But with that said very genuine too.. Nothing to be faulted from start to finish they do not want you to leave unless you 100% happy.. Iv never felt that type of care in my life.. Just outstanding.. Im so happy i cant stop smiling.. Iv hidden my teeth and smile all my life.. Not no more!! Iv had hardly any pain. They make sure they sort that for you so your comfortable the whole way through.
