I was very happy with the quality of service and the welcoming demeanor of the staff.A quote was.given to me when I brought my laptop in. I know I had a broken hinge mechanism, but was worried the laptop itself was damaged as computer screen stayed black even when powered on.When I was contacted that it was ready for pickup, not only was the staff as pleasant as when I dropped it off, but before I paid and left we verified my laptop was in perfect condition.Btw, price quoted, was price paid. No surprise add ons.Will definitely go to them again with any computer issues.

Our iPhone fell in the pool. It worked temporarily then began to malfunction. We took it to Tech Depot. All the guys were great. The worked hard to get it to work. We are so happy with their service and friendly staff. We highly recommend them.
