We've been going through a MESS trying to get our house set up and the only company that has made things easy, worked hard to get the job done AND took care of us is White Mountains Solar. Thank you Ron!!!

I purchased my solar system from White Mountain solar back in 2021. I had no previous experience with solar power in order that I have much knowledge. It's coming up on 5 years since my system was purchased and installed and I have been extremely happy with The system and it's provided me ample power and the components of work flawlessly. Also, the 20 solar panels I purchased were installed with heavy piping that one and cinder blocks and they have held very strong in an area of with the strongest winds you will find in the WM area. I would recommend White Mountain solar to anybody looking to purchase a system.

I was a newbie to solar and moving to a place with no power or water. I stopped at White Mountain Solar for help. I have now bought 3 different solar controllers each for different systems. When I had trouble installing the second they walked me through my problems. I live over 3 hours away. So a store visit is a big deal. I ordered some supplies and was 3 months befire I could get there. Parts were there waiting and they acted like there was no problem in holding them for me for so long. That and the owner remembered me. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. I will be back for more supplies as we continue to expand.

We bought a 3K system from Ben 4 years ago. We were told by several of our neighbors that Ben’s business was the only place to buy from. That has been very true.We have now purchased a 10K system from Ben & have sold our 3K system to our friends. Also, before ordering the 10K, we thought a 5K system would work for us but asked Ben if he would give us credit for that order & change the order to the 10K. Ben did that with no problem.Ben & crew has been great to deal with throughout the past 4 years. Thanks Ben & crew.

Bought 2 systems. One for pump house and cabin. Just bought the G4 6000 with 14 panels for our 1000 sq ft modular home. Love it. I like the plug and play feature. Also bought the buckets to hold the panels, they work great. To much rock to dig. Very happy with it all. I recommend them highly.

Purchased a complete solar system to support my electrical needs for a 2500 sqf home. Price was fair and the install was stellar and completed on time. The system they recommended has been used completely off grid for just over 5yrs. We did get a recent error in the controller and when we called to see if it was an issue to be concerned with the response was a little slow. That's why only 4 stars. I would still recommend white mountain solar and I plan on increasing my battery capacity in the future and will buy them there. They sold us a great system and we dont miss the monthly electric bill.

I liked the way they did the install of the panels and the wires. Crew was great but then a few of the panels went bad and they didn't warrant the panels. I wasn't happy with it but I was selling the property so I needed to take care of it quick. Overall the experience was okay.

I came into your store with little to no experience with Solar systems, after talking to the gentleman , which was quite knowledgeable. I had the confidence to install everything myself, but after all your company made everything easy (plug and play systems). Everything works exceptionally well and I am very pleased with the whole experience, Thanks for having exceptionally helpful employees and a great company. Ron Stephenson

We have purchased several items from them. Always received good customer service. Built system myself and they have answered questions I might have.

I installed 8 solar panels on my Airstream. They had all of the proper cabling I needed, fuses, connectors, inverters, solar controllers, etc. They are quite knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Pricing was more than fair.

I was very impressed with this family business! The owners daughter was so knowledgeable and very helpful with my order that I picked up and the took to our off grid property in Colorado. Over the past couple years I’ve had a few questions and they are always available and very knowledgeable no matter who answers the phone.

We have purchased two solar systems from them. One smaller one and then a larger one for our house. They have been incredibly helpful with follow up questions and helping my husband with the first system to set it up. If you're looking for a good solar system, they've got it, and they will help you with any questions you have

I'm setting up my first solar system (that I didn't purchase from these guys). Came in to buy some wire and everyone was really nice and took the time to explain what I needed and what to do. I could have fried my system without their help and expertise. Can't recommend these guys more, and thanks for all the insight and custom made wiring.

Our system is working perfectly! We bought a 5k system and for some reason the inverter was having some issue at no fault of the owner. The owner tried real hard with the manufacturer to find a fix. He was nice enough to change out the inverter with another brand and with a 6k system. The owner made it right!!! Everything is working perfectly!! The batteries charge like they should! The crybabies out there should pay attention to their usage and get the right system instead of complaining about the owner! He cares and does the right thing! 👍

This company is the best I have used, especially up here on the mountain! And here's why: First, I had another company come out and diagnose and fix my off-grid setup. After $$$$'s it still wasn't working right and I received excuse after excuse for why it wasn't working and i wanted to add 3 more EG4 batteries which i was quoted over $7000 to buy and install. 😵 So I called White Mountain Solar! Ben was incredible from the get go. He sent a technician out within a week the batteries was thousands less and they had my system fixed within a few hours! That was back in August! Then, today our generator did not kick on automatically, like theyre supposed to and when I manually turned on the generator was not charging the batteries. I decided to email Ben and honestly didn't expect to hear anything back until Monday or Tuesday but, he responded immediately and had me up and running correctly within an hour! Talk about a life saver!! This company works with honor and integrity and they really do care for their clients! Thank you White Moutain Solar for your outstanding support!!

I have always been very satisfied with White Mountains Solar. They are great in arriving to help and very good at educating me about the operation and things I can do

We purchased a complete roof mounted system with batteries. White Mountain Solar did a high quality installation and full support to get us up and running. We were happy with what we got. Our APS bill is now a fraction of what it was. Thank you White Mountain Solar! The process was so must better dealing directly with a local company rather than signing our lives away to one of those funky door-to-door sales boys.

It has been our pleasure working with Ben and Ken and Team at White Mountains Solar. We are really happy with our system. We got 16 panels, 2 X 6kWh LUX inverters, and 3 X 14.3kWh batteries. The system is a little BEAST. Turn the dryer on pull 6000W and 25A doesn't even dim the lights. Running like a champ. Thanks for the good times APS!

Quality service and the best prices you are going to find, even on the internet. Probably the most knowledgeable people I've ever worked with when it comes to solar. Great tech support, whether you bought from them or not. Highly recommended for all solar needs.

We have had our system for about 2 years now. The installation was fantastic and I left a review when it was finished. For budgetary reasons, we opted to go with the old style AGM batteries, which was a big mistake on our part! Two weeks ago, when we got to our property from Tucson, the system was not working, I reset things and it all seemed good, until about 11 pm. To make a long story short, the excessive heat the past two summers took a toll on the batteries. I contacted Ben and Matt on Wednesday morning, they had a tech up that afternoon to let us know we needed to replace the batteries. We gave them the go ahead that afternoon, and by 10:30 Friday morning we were better than new! This time we went with the Lithium Ion batteries, which were a far better value. We increased our capacity by 50% and it still was less than the lead acid ones.I just want to thank Ben, Matt and everyone at WMS for their professionalism, courtesy, honesty and quick response. Their service is A+++ and they are extremely fair with their pricing. I recommend them to anyone for their solar needs!
