I have been coming to lift since 2023. Every single person who’s been on staff has been warm, compassionate and professional. You feel welcomed, secure and safe in this space. So if you're residing this wonder if you belong, you do! There is not an ounce of “mean girl” in this place and I know that there are many people intimidated to enter into spaces like this as theres a negative association between aesthetics and attitude toward people who don't look like a magazine cover. Thats not Lift! They are here to help you feel better and more educated about whatever it is you’re concerned about. They are also not pushy ever and respect those of us who opt to age naturally. It has been my experience that this space is inclusive and mindful of how deeply our concerns about our bodies are rooted in our mental health. As a provider myself I am critical of the culture in an establishment and have always left feeling supported and encouraged in my journey here. Lauren is amazing!!
