I’m new and I feel great, Daniel, Nathalie and Nadia are amazing trainers, they are super on top of me and my knees issues, I really appreciate all the guidance and how clear they are with the instructions. Also loving the app, it’s flexible to schedule the classes. And a shoutout to the other people trainings everyone is super nice, and giving you strength to keep going! I’m happy I found them!

Next Level has been an incredible experience for Aiden!This program truly lives up to its name and mission. The staff is caring, patient, and genuinely invested in every child’s growth. My child came home tired but excited every time talking about what they learned and the fun fitness activities they participated in for example the time he came back so proud to be able to learn and do his first modified pull-ups. Absolutely love this place. My son & I both attend this gym. All the coaches are the best at what they do & they really help each individual reach their fitness goals. They have different programs all year round that suits everyone’s needs & goals. This isn’t just a gym, it’s a family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone & everyone.
