As a beginner to CrossFit, I felt incredibly welcomed, and strangers quickly became friends who share similar goals. In my first year, I lost 30 pounds, and now, three years in, I feel stronger and healthier than ever!
Big shoutout to Coach Nate, Thaad, and Sharon—these coaches are so knowledgeable and always ready to help. Their attention to form and technique is outstanding. They prioritize safety and injury prevention while supporting us with recovery and mobility. If you’re looking for a place that encourages personal growth and offers a welcoming environment, I’d highly recommend Lift District. Can’t say enough good things about this place!
