Exiquio and his team were great! From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and did a great job on my landscaping project! Prices were very fair as well. Project we hired Flor to tackle was a landscape and hardscape of our back yard. Very happy with the workmanship and look of the final product. Their workers were respectful of our time and needs. Communication was excellent and prompt. Price was fair, mid range of five bids. New lawn is healthy and thriving. Will see how the shrubs and trees do long term, but so far everything looks great!

From our initial consultation all the way to the final walkthrough, Exiquio and Edgar and the crews were ALWAYS punctual, professional, and eager to deliver the best customer service possible. I lost count of how many little details and technical questions that we asked them about throughout the course of the project, but they were always transparent and honest. The communication from them was just outstanding and they really delivered. They came up with some really creative solutions around drainage and decking and executed our overall design to a tee. Exiquio and Edgar really care about their craft and take pride in their work, but most importantly, they seem to genuinely care about their clients. We can't thank Flor Landscaping enough for helping us completely transform our backyard and hope to work with them again in the future.

Flor Landscaping is a great company with great people. They totally transformed our back yard, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. A few points that stood out to us: 1. Our main points of contact were Exiquio (on the commercial side) and Edgar (on the project management side), brother and owners of Flor, and it's obvious they care deeply about doing the right thing, and doing it well. 2. Work quality was excellent. And, if there were any misses they were consistently quick to make it right. It felt like a partnership. Their passion for high quality was obvious. 3. We had several design changes, most relatively small, along the way and they worked with us tirelessly to adjust to the new plan. Where it added new cost, I was able to review the work order and approve it before the work began. I appreciated this transparency. I felt like their primary motivation was high quality outcomes first, not profit first. 4. The price felt fair. There was decent specificity in the price breakdowns, which made it easy to ask questions or make changes if something else made more sense. I highly recommend Flor to someone who prioritizes quality, flexibility, and excellent customer service. It was a joy to work with the team.

Where do I start.... Exiquio , Edgar , and the whole Flor Landscaping team were great. You never know when you contact a contractor via Yelp or based on online reviews, but I can say that I hit the mark with these guys. From our initial meeting Exiquio was prompt and followed through quickly with a quote. We ended up changing some things within our design to fall within our budget, but Exiquio was able to make the adjustments and it all worked out. Initially the project was going to be two months out. My wife and I are expecting a little one in May, and we reached out to see if they would be able to fit in the demolition sometime in April, and then finish the project after the baby was born. Exiquio said they could possibly work something out. A couple of weeks later, they reached out and said they had some changes in their schedule and they would be able to start that week. Two weeks later our project is finished and it looks amazing. Exiquio and the team worked daily through rain and shine to make our backyard look beautiful. They were there promptly everyday at 7:00am and worked throughout the day. Their concrete workers were also great, they worked fast and efficiently, cement looks great. These guys are truly professional and would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks Flor Landscaping for being so accommodating and working hard to implement the vision for our yard !

I worked with Exiquio and his brother Edgar on project management. They were professional, organized, eager to please, excellent communicators, showed attention to detail and more. We had a design in mind for how we wanted to renovate our front and back yard. We needed an experienced professional landscaping team that was honest, responsive, responsible, and patient. We found Flor Landscaping that fits the requirements at a Home and Garden Show in San Jose. We discussed our needs with one of the owners, Exiquio, at the Show. He was very friendly and courteous! After talking to a few other landscapers, Flor Landscaping stood out the most, and we hired them. Exiquio patiently worked with us to devise a proposal that fits within our budget without any significant changes to our original landscape design. The final estimate was decent, fair, and honest. The workers were friendly and worked hard. They started work on time and cleaned up before they left every day. Edgar, the other owner, did a great job managing the job. He listened and was responsive to our concerns. The communication between Exiquio, Edgar, my wife, and I was fantastic! Due to constant rain, there was a lot of mortar haze on the border bricks. The Flor Landscaping team returned a few weeks later and spent a couple of hours removing the haze. Also, the rain did not let the decomposed granite harden and stabilize. The team will return when the rain subsides and spray a stabilizer to set the decomposed granite. They are responsible for their work, and we admire them for that. Overall, we had a great and stress-free experience with Flor Landscaping. They built a landscape that resembled the design my wife imagined. We will hire them for future projects and refer them to families and friends.

We hired Flor to landscape our front yard after it was severely disrupted by some construction work. Working with a yardzen design the able professionals at Flor were able to map the design onto the existing yard area, suggest adjustments, alterations and improvements. They then followed through with the work which was completed exactly as expected and on time, and installed a pergola for us. They were open to adjusting the positioning of the pergola and were happy to accommodate our requests. We will definitely be engaging Flor Landscaping on future projects.
