Kind and Fair - There is no playing games with him to get best value and price, Fernando just does that as his default because he is a good human. He treats the projects like it is his own house. He is reasonable to talk to and you can always expect him to be fair. Nothing ever goes exactly as expected on a project and you can expect that when something does come up, he isn't going to take advantage of your. 5. Great network - we had some really odd ball projects and Fernando always had someone who could do the work. Everyone he brought over was so happy and kind. You could tell all of his subs like working for Fernando and he gets top priority when he calls. 6. On schedule - that network really pulls through for Fernando so any surprises or last minute adds don't delay the project. He can get the guys on site usually within 24 hrs. Fernando and his team were extraordinary partners in a large remodel project which included demo of kitchen, fireplaces, flooring, cabinets and huge fish tank assemblies that were in our house when we bought it. Then he oversaw the kitchen remodel, installation of amazing bookshelves (with secret doors!) replacement flooring, new fireplace, removal of seven (!) ceiling fans and installation of beautiful new lights and a grand chandelier, painting almost the whole interior and fixing little wiring and lighting issues along the way. All the while he took care of random small problems, like a AC unit that didn’t have power, installing ring cameras, extending power to sheds, etc! Doing all of this work with so many projects in a new house is stressful, especially when you’re living in it. But his demeanor and professionalism made it a great experience. We walk from room to room in the new house and there’s not a flat surface anywhere that Fernando and his team didn’t improve and make fabulous. Couldn’t be happier with his work. (And while this was a huge project, we have used him over the years on smaller projects in our previous homes. Just as great on big or small repairs and fixes.) Less
