Our pool was damaged during the March storms. We originally purchased from here in 2004 - Jason was great from start to finish getting us a new pool - installer and made sure the installed was scheduled around us. Jason would answer all our questions and I had a lot between working with insurance and the store. It was worth the 40 minute drive for this awesome service

This is my 2nd pool from The Great Escape. Both times I've been very satisfied with the salesmen. This time I worked with Mike Spatafora, who provided excellent customer service!! He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything, and made sure I had everything I needed!! He offered suggestions and didn't try to hard sell me on something I didn't want. I know I can come back to him with any future questions, needs, or concerns, and he'll be happy to assist!! I appreciate all that he's done! It's nice to have someone you can trust and rely on for above and beyond customer service and satisfaction! Can't wait till next year to be able to use the pool!

My friend is looking for an above ground pool to put in the backyard of his new home and I immediately informed him how great the people that own The Great Escape are.I had the pleasure of knowing some of the them decades ago when I lived here and they put my first pool in.We stopped in the Peoria store today and had the pleasure of immediately meeting Kayli Freeman. She is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in all the aspects of each pool model and she was very helpful to my friend choosing a pool that will hopefully become a reality in the very near future.Kaylee gave us some time to go out and review the model pools aesthetically and structurally, and then she was able to immediately answer the multitude of questions we had.Not only was she knowledgeable, she is kind, considerate, and extremely professional. We could not have had a more pleasurable experienceWe made a commitment to her that once a decision is made, we will definitely want her as our sales professional.
