We purchased our above ground pool in the fall before having it installed last spring. We were very happy with the way Great Escape handled any missing parts for such a huge order. They actually upgraded our vacuum. We really enjoyed having the automatic vacuum. This summer we used the vacuum and it stopped working. Since they upgraded ours after purchase receipt, the receipt was never changed. Concerned that the warranty was still good, we might not be able to replace it. We went into the Orland location where we bought our pool, they took care of us. They immediately and no questions asked gave us an upgrade replacement. That’s CUSTOMER service. I would highly recommend Great Escape for future purchases.

This was a challenging year with my pool (2nd season). It started with ducks using my pool as their love pond/toilet and escalated to unending algae. My pool is salt based. The team was exceptional (Gus, Tasha, Mark and Nathan were the ones that primarily helped me but everone was great...even the cashiers were sympathetic). I was spoken to in a language I could understand and their patience was unending. I did my own research but got added advice regarding the ducks and algae. The ducks have since been evicted! I still ran into something wrong with my system and constant algae. Gus figured it out for me. It was the filter for the salt water system. He showed me how to mix the solution to soak this small filter that caused so much havoc. It works incredible now even with all the rain. No more constant shocking and no more algae. I am so appreciative of their knowledge, patience and having a sense of humor!!!
