I have work with Doug over the past five years with my pool he help me replace The pump The heater with which we had a whole bunch of problems and he made the company make good on it And got me a new heater. Last year, I figured out what I need to put in a new lighter, but I had all kinds of rest problems with my post and other items he dug through his old inventory and helped me out. I will never go to any place else for my pool supplies or needs Doug in the store are awesome.

We are in Texas and were looking for a particular bar and hutch. Finally found it at The Great Escape but unfortunately they did not ship to Texas. I found a shipper to do the job and with the great cooperation and help from Cody we had our furniture picked up and delivered to Texas. Furniture is beautiful and couldn't have happened without Cody and everyone else at The Great Escape.

The GE has a fantastic selection, and I couldn't have been more pleased with Kenzie's professionalism and how she handeled the LOADS of questions we fired at her.
