We had our hot tub delivered this morning and the delivery guys let me take off the control panel door and drill a hole in the bottom right corner to pull up the electrical whip coming up through our deck board. They positioned the tub exactly where we wanted it. Our electrician came over this afternoon and wired it up. The temp is gaining every hour and we’re already over 90 degrees. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service at this store. We bought our first hot tub, and the staff always have an answer or solution to fix what is going wrong.
