⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service Ask for Dave!I have to give a huge shout out to Dave at Great Escapes Pool Store in Mentor! This is my first year opening and maintaining my pool, so needless to say, I’ve had A LOT of questions and have made several trips back to the store. Every single time, Dave has been nothing short of amazing.He is patient, knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely willing to help. I never feel like I’m bothering him with questions, and he always takes the time to explain what I need, what I need to do, and how to properly maintain everything. At one point, I actually paid someone to come to my home and teach me the pool maintenance process step by step. Unfortunately, that person took my money and never provided the service. I went back to Great Escapes feeling frustrated and still needing help, and once again, Dave came through. He walked me through what I needed to know and helped me feel much more confident handling things myself.That kind of customer service is hard to come by. I would absolutely continue utilizing this store over and over again, and Dave is a HUGE reason why. Hands down, some of the best customer service I’ve ever received.If you’re in the market for a pool or need help maintaining the one you already have, go to Great Escapes in Mentor and ask for Dave! I lost part of my patio furniture set and Tony helped me to pick out the perfect replacement pieces. He really listened to my requests and found the perfect options for my consideration without adding any pressure. He was extremely patient and made the purchasing process extremely simple. I have made multiple purchases from The Great Escape; Their product quality and customer service continue to be unrivaled!

I haven't been to any other Great escapes before, but this place is definitely loaded with choices. Stuff is expensive but it seems well built and the sales staff were very friendly and they delivered things quickly. We have used them a couple times now and we'll probably go back if we have any needs in the future. We were very happy with our purchases.
