We have had the most wonderful and seemless experience with the Great Escape in Orland. Jennifer is nothing short of an angel. She helped me with every step and made sure after the fact that everything was as it should be. She's gone out of her way to make sure I have everything I need, even calling other locations to source what I'm looking for. Jennifer is what customer service once was and still should be today. John has also been amazing and a wealth of knowledge. I wish I could give them 10 stars. The store is very clean and organized well and has very high quality products for reasonable prices. The employees are all very personable and attentive and it's a pleasure to be in the store. Even my kids enjoy being there. We had our hot tub delivered this morning and the delivery guys let me take off the control panel door and drill a hole in the bottom right corner to pull up the electrical whip coming up through our deck board. They positioned the tub exactly where we wanted it. Our electrician came over this afternoon and wired it up. The temp is gaining every hour and we’re already over 90 degrees.
