I have contracted with Eric for an attached ADU to be built. As of today the project is not complete, however it has been going along very well. We are painting (inside and out) this week. Eric / Vista handled all city interfacing, permits and variances. He has been quite easy to communicate with and is always, always prompt in returning any email, text or call. The budget we established was realistic with what we knew about the property. Any changes have been discussed and approved by myself. I've been impressed with his selection of sub-contractors, not only due to their quality, but also their reliability / promptness. I would not hesitate to recommend Eric / Vista to anyone. Less
