Attended AM class while visiting Charlotte for a conference and was welcomed at the door by Coach Addison and the other members of Dilworth FIT.
Was able to be to get a great workout in, met some great people, and created a future stop next time in Charlotte.

We dropped in to Dilworth while in Charlotte for a conference. The coaching staff was professional and knowledgeable. Never did I feel apprehensive or uneasy. They made sure that I was performing movements to their high quality of standards and that I was safe the whole time. Thank you for making us feel welcome!
