This company is the best. We had scheduled a furnace tune up with them. Their tech/salesman Dallin came out and did the tune up (also to note you get a text with a picture of who is coming out and a little bio which I thought was pretty good). After the tune up he said our furnace was showing its age and we should start discussing a replacement. Right then we scheduled for them to come out again and give us a quote on a new system. Dallin and Katy came out the following Monday to quote us a new system. They had both explained in detail why they were suggesting what they did and made sure to include any rebates and tax credits we would get with the system they suggested. We have had many companies come out and quote us a new furnace and AC, this was the first time my wife and I felt very comfortable with what they had quoted us. We accepted the quote and scheduled them to come out the next week. After looking at the weather forecast between us accepting and the scheduled date I decided to call Dallin and try and get our system replaced sooner. They were able to get us scheduled the next day. When the techs (Shari and Dylan, and I also got a text with their pictures and bios) showed up to replace they had laid down sheets and mats to not leave a mess anywhere. They gave me a heads up anytime they were going to be making louder than normal noise (or setting of my fire alarms with welding copper tubes) and worked around myself and my dogs. They finished the install early evening and made sure everything worked. There was a small problem with the thermostat that was originally installed, Shari made sure I would get heat overnight and told me she would get dispatched again to test some connections and replace the thermostat if needed. THE NEXT DAY Shari had called me and asked if a time in the afternoon would work. They both came out, replaced the thermostat and answered all the questions I had. About a week after I got a text from Annette asking for information and invoices so they could file all the rebate paperwork. I was very excited about this because I am not a big fan of doing paperwork in any capacity Right now it would take a lot of convincing to get me to go anywhere else for HVAC work in any capacity. They were professional and not once did my wife and I feel pressured or uneasy about the whole process. Less

Awesome people. A month ago we had the Furnace in our apartment stop working ...it was a sensor. They just cleaned it up. It started working. We did not have to pay for a new sensor. Less
