Ordered a split system air conditioner which arrived at my door very quickly. The installer they arranged to install unit was great, however the installation charge was much higher than the store had advertised. Make sure that your budget can stretch significantly! Bought a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split system and it is fantastic. No complaints about the air conditioner. House has never been warmer and looking forward to a cool house in summer.

Seamless experience purchasing 2x split systems online. The only minor issue was with delivery driver not providing a heap of time/notice to be home for delivery, but this is a seperate company. Oz Air Online team had already warned me that shipping can be an issue with multiple packages of different weights. Great service and clear communication. Would use them again for future purchases.
