I initially placed an order and was later told the unit was currently out of stock. I needed an air conditioner urgently and after chatting to a staff member I changed my order to a similar unit which was in stock.I recommend calling ahead to confirm if a product is in stock before paying.Staff are friendly and helpful, but I would recommend live stock levels are displayed on the website.
