I first saw Dr. Pritchett end of June. Early in the summer, I had tripped and fallen on a sidewalk in San Francisco. I broke my fall with my left arm and hand. I had sprained my pinky finger due to the fall and soon felt numbing, tingling, and weakness on my left arm, hand and had neck pain.I’ve never seen a chiropractor and was scared to go to one, having heard of the “cracking and twisting” stories from my friends who have seen chiropractors. I was relieved to hear that Dr. Pritchett uses the NUCCA technique which she explained was a very gentle adjustment of the top bone of the neck without any twisting, popping or cracking.The day after my first adjustment, I felt sensation go back to my left arm and hand. I feel more balanced and am continuously regaining strength on my left arm. My neck feels so much better and I sleep better at night. I didn’t even know I had a misalignment until I took a chance and had her check me. I continue to see Dr. Pritchett and am happy to say that my Atlas bone has been holding in place since. I am functioning better overall. Her patient education in between sessions has been very helpful in helping me keep my alignment. I would like to thank her for taking good care of me. Dr. Pritchett is a very compassionate, kind, encouraging, and considerate person. I highly recommend her practice!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pritchett for over a year. I was referred to her by one of my dearest friends, who has been seeing for years. I sought out help from her because I have osteoporosis and my body was not in good condition. On my first visit, she took so much time to hear my concerns and do a thorough history and examination. We connected instantly, and I was blown away by how incredibly warm, kind, caring, spiritual, thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable she is. I have been seeing her consistently since June, 2024. I have been seeing Dr Pritchett regularly for a year. I had been looking for a chiropractor nearer my home and was intrigued by the NUCCA technique that she uses. I was, from the very first visit, really impressed! I felt much better immediately and every visit since has helped to keep me healthy. I went to Vital Life to see what she could help me with, after two appointments we figured out what we wanted to focus on which were migraines. After about four appointments in two weeks they were gone! I have been going for about six months and go once a week and have not gotten a migraine since! Dr. Pritchett is a kind and thoughtful professional who is offering a truly unique and effective form of cervical alignment. Typically, “traditional” chiropractors offer a temporary fix which may work for some but normally does not address the underlying issue. Dr. Pritchett, on the other hand, uses a gentle (you can barely feel the touch) upper cervical alignment method that is holistic and long lasting. In my case the alignment done in 2012 has significantly improved my exercise form, overall well-being and made me less injury prone when weight lifting and running. I highly, highly recommend Vital Wellness Center.

This a long over due review. I can’t thank Dr. Pritchett enough. I came in 3 years ago with a alot of pain because of a misalignment. Dr. Pritchett was great and helped me get better within 2-3 appointments. The pain was gone and I felt much better overall. Dr. Pritchett is definitely a miracle worker. There isn’t a price you can put on your health & well-being. She is an expert, kind, focused, professional & passionate about her work and her clients. Only 5% of doctors are in this field of practice & her level of expertise is extraordinary. Only those fortunate enough to be in Dr. Pritchett’s care can know the level of healing that takes place. I believe people would fly in from all over the world to be under her care-if only they knew about this magical place. After the visit where she began adjusting and worked on helping with my body’s alignment, I was able to breathe through both nostrils after not being able to, for over 20+ years. It was either one nostril or the other that I could breathe from. My sinus issues are not seasonal, they are year round. I’ve seen many, many doctors in different counties and even out of state. I’ve bought plenty over-the-counter medications to try to heal my migraines and what I thought were allergies. Doctors have prescribed muscle relaxers, medications for pain, migraines & headaches. I went through surgery with a few ear, nose & throat doctors, visited other chiropractors and been through physical therapy. I also normally relaxed at spas & invested in many deep tissue massages for my head, neck, shoulder and hip pain. My efforts & the doctors I’ve met with, were all to no avail. I felt like a number when visiting with so many different doctors. They treated me like I had the same issues that were currently prevalent or what the general population’s sicknesses may have been. Since being in Dr. Pritchett’s care, I have not experienced anymore migraines, vertigo, temporary blindness, ringing in my ears, muscle spasms or even headaches- and that’s without taking any medication or supplements. The pain I experienced in my head, neck, shoulders and right hip has completely disappeared. I would cry in my car every time I left her office before getting back on the road. Dr. Pritchett is intentional and focuses in on exactly what your problem is, and is successful with finding the solution perfect for you. There are not enough words to describe how amazing she is. I can say I have never met a doctor like her. Once your body begins to heal where there is no surgery or medicine involved(just her expertise alone), there can be no denying how blessed, fortunate & truly thankful you will feel every time you leave her office. Dr. Pritchett was recommended to me by a friend for what has been ongoing back/hip/neck/every 53 year old bone in my body pain 😂. Seriously though, I have had ongoing chronic back/hip pain since I was 21 and picked up a cocker spaniel the wrong way. My lower back has been a strictly no touch zone as it was painful to even the slightest touch. I’ve been to numerous chiropractors, acupuncturists, western medicine, and holistic healing professionals for 30+ years. They’ve been helpful in some ways and wonderful people but I’ve never been able to achieve significant, ongoing relief from the pain. Until Dr. Pritchett…within 2-3 visits she was able to relieve the pain and much to my amazement was able to touch my lower back without me jumping out of my skin. An additional aspect of most of the chiropractic care I have received over the years has involved twisting and cracking things which with such a high sensitivity to pain, has deterred me from sustaining the engagement in services. I often joked that I was “off to my torture session”. Dr. Pritchett’s methods are surprisingly gentle and I’ve noticed that I am always relaxed and look forward to her treatments as they are very low on the pain scale, often painless, and highly effective. The adjustments hold for longer periods of time and I’m already down to once a week sessions after only having had 4-5 sessions. Thank you Dr. Pritchett!

Andrea is awesome! I had low back problems that others could not fix, but Andrea got me straightened up. I was really skeptical at first about her methods and had tried others who do similar types of upper cervical, with no success. Andrea had me straighten right up after 1 treatment. Highly recommend her!
