Troy, Wendy, Pablo and the entire team were professional, attentive, communicative, and most importantly delivered quality results for my >3k sq. foot home (see pictures). The process from receiving the estimate, material selection, permitting, and installation went without a hitch. The team leveraged technology to maintain timely communications via a whatsapp group chat, making communications seamless (I can't tell you how much this helps as opposed to having to call an office!). Rockstar did an awesome job. I believe we got a very fair price, and our roof looks awesome. Most importantly, Troy, Wendy and all the staff were in frequent contact. The office set up a What’s App chat, and anytime I asked a question, it was answered very quickly. The staff did 99% of the work in getting permits and HOA approval. Our driveway and yard were left spotless. I have about 20 extra tiles that we can use if needed in the future. However, the main thing I would stress is how easy and quick all communications were.
