Rockstar roofing has done so many roofs in pembroke pines and the reviews speak for their professionalism.From the first interaction to the final day, I could see why they have such raving 5 ⭐️ reviews. We hardly had to follow up, as they created a whatsapp group where communication was seemless. Someone in the team was always available for any questions. The entire process from permitting to final inspection was broken down as steps for us to understand.Almost everyday, we got drone pictures of progress & updates as needed. Despite rainy days, the team worked hard to wrap up the project as promised. I did not think service and workmanship at this level was available in South Florida anymore. Unlike other roofing companies we got quotes from, with Rockstar you are meeting directly with the owner, Troy. Troy took the time to thoroughly understand my family’s situation and needs, and worked with us for our best solution. It never felt like a sales pitch. Pricing was extremely competitive (actually the lowest of four bids), and when it came time to make a decision Troy answered all questions and concerns I had. I did not choose Rockstar based on price, I chose them based on my comfort level working with Troy. Once under contract, service only got better. Communication from the office came at appropriate intervals (there were several people, but Wendy in particular was on top of everything), and I always knew when a crew would be on site, when there would be inspections, etc. Work was finished ahead of schedule, the new roof looks amazing, cleanup was fantastic, and all crew members were extremely polite and professional. Going with Rockstar for our roof replacement was the best decision I’ve made in years. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs roofing work.
