Just wanted to comment about my dealings with Nick Cox; he was very accommodating. Always willing to give advice when the big banks are usually afraid to. He is very quick to respond to an email and will take calls after hours including weekends. He took the time to crunch the numbers knowing I was going to use another lender. In fact, he advised that I stick with my current lender. Mainly because the break costs would be so severe had I switched over.
