There are a number of capable PDR specialists in the DMV that will come to you and work magic with glue pulling techniques. But if your dent requires working from behind, a mobile operator will need to drill a hole, which can be efficient but which leaves damage of its own. Removal of the dented door or panel in a shop dedicated to paintless repair is the gold standard, but relatively few PDR experts have a storefront that can accommodate a wide range of damage.When a highly regarded mobile tech took one look at my badly distorted door he immediately told me it couldn't be fixed on my driveway and recommended Dentless Touch as the best option. When DT's proprietor Chris Ray evaluated the damage he concluded that PDR was possible but would take a number of expensive, painstaking hours and might not be successful in the end. The conventional option was to have a collision shop repaint a new OEM door and blend it into the existing panels. Expensive, damaging to my Carfax and not something I wanted to do.The other option was to find a salvaged door from the same model and color as mine and hope for a match. Once we were fortunate enough to find a donor door, Chris efficiently transferred my interior trim pieces to the salvage skin, touched up some minor scratches and removed some shallow dents. The car looks good as new and Chris' hourly rate was reasonable.Chris is a car person who works to the highest standard. I highly recommend Dentless Touch. They did an amazing job on my Chevy Equinox. You can’t even tell that there was a dent or damage at all. They were able to safely remove the paint transference from the other vehicle so that my car’s original paint was protected and intact. They also were very accommodating to our busy schedules, polite, and professional. I will definitely be going back if I ever need body work again.

Incredibly rude owner and their estimate times are not convenient at all. They clearly don’t want business. I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere. Also, the quote they gave without even seeing the damage was more than 2x a competitor.

Christopher at Dentless Touch did a fantastic, even perfect, job on my Acura MDX. There is absolutely no way to see that there was once a dent in my tailgate. The work was completed in about 4 hours and looked brand new again.
