Joseph was incredible. knowledgeable and patient. Love leaving a place not feeling like I’ve been scammed or hit over the head. Went there to replace batteries on two watches and remove links off another watch. Would highly recommend.

Was looking for my watch to be fitted, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Joseph who quickly helped me and fitted my watch perfectly. This store had great customer service and WILL highly recommend.

Super efficient and knowledgeable. Had a vintage watch where the straps had to be cut to be adjusted and they got it done perfectly and so quickly as well. Joseph has excellent customer service! They called to follow up when my watches were ready to be picked up and was patient and kind each interaction. Highly recommend!!
