He was very honest and never pressured me to buy a car.like the other dealership s Instead, he told me to take my time, test-drive the car, and see if I actually liked it.He also gave me helpful advice about what to expect when I go in for the test drive and explained everything to me clearly, including the lease, payments, and what I should pay attention to.I haven’t met him in person yet—we’ve only spoken on the phone—but he has been very kind, patient, and professional. I reached out as I was looking for a car - Elliot asked me some helpful questions to hone in on the car I wanted, helped me figure out a realistic price point, and talked me through all of the different options including buying or leasing, mileage, etc.Once figuring out the car I wanted, within an hour, Elliot sent me multiple options and after deciding on the specific car I wanted, I filled out an application, was approved in less than an hour, and the car was delivered directly to my house that afternoon. From start to finish, the paperwork process took 15 minutes and from the time I finished my application to car being delivered directly to my house, it was a few hours.I'm fine dealing with a large dealership, but like many others, I'd rather not. Elliot was trustworthy, quick to respond, anticipated my questions / concerns ahead of time and made the process as smooth as I could have asked for.
