Everyone is super friendly. Appointments are usually very quick, which is nice since I go on my lunch break. My back pain is resolved. When things start to hurt, it gets better right away once I get an adjustment. Very happy with Abide. I have been going there for almost 3 years now.

I was a little nervous, but I had researched their methods between the assessment and the report meetings, and I knew they were using a solid system. I took a deep breath and committed to a year a treatment. I am now in the 8th month and honestly my only regret is I didn't do this sooner. I had not been able to sleep on my left side for years prior to treatment and now that is something I do for part of every night. I had a lot of neck headaches and I have had very few since treatment started. I used to have to start my morning with neck exercises and while I still sometimes do them, it's not essential in order to move safely.
