I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment expecting to meet with the doctor and receive a professional evaluation. Instead, most of my interaction was with the chiropractor assistant—who, to be fair, was kind and helpful and truly deserves a raise.I called two days before my appointment asking for some form of relief or treatment for my pain, but received nothing. When I arrived, instead of a medical plan or immediate support, I was given a 30-minute consultation that focused mainly on the cost of care.After waiting two weeks in pain for this appointment, I was quoted nearly $2,000 and told I would need to come in 3–4 times a week for nine months. No actual treatment or solutions were offered that day. I left the appointment in tears, feeling defeated and overwhelmed—not helped.This was not the level of care or compassion I expected, and it left me feeling completely unsupported.
