Studio Recovery is the go to before & after fitness, races or just life to keep blood flowing and recovery of muscles! Big fan of the full body compression on my legs. Sit back relax for 20-30 minutes. Helps relieve soreness of muscles and lactic build up. Highly recommend any of their services.

A great experience, enjoy the infrared sauna. Very inviting and professional. Give it a try, you will love it. Trying the cryosculpting now. But, just a sauna person. Nice environment, very welcoming, and comfortable.
