Studio Recovery is a great place for athletes (and anybody honestly) to get some recovery done on the body. They have great deals on memberships and they all come with unlimited use of compression therapy, great for past injuries like my knee osteoarthritis. I tried red light therapy for the first time today and can’t wait to utilize this more. They’re a family run business as well so it’s always amazing to support small businesses. I recently discovered Studio Recovery and am thoroughly enjoying my experiences there! Erin is wonderful - very friendly and explains all of the services and is so helpful. I tried the Normatec Compression Therapy, with the hip/glutes compression set and one arm sleeve. The hip / glutes sleeves were exactly what I needed to relieve hip and lower back soreness, and provided comfort and relaxation. I wanted to take them home! :) I will definitely be back to use these again, and try other services, as well. Less
