This was the first time I visited Studio Recovery and it was a great experience. I was not familiar with all of the services and I received a full explanation of each one. I was steered to what would work best for me. The compression therapy was tight on my legs, just like they are supposed to be, but I had to turn them down a notch. I didn't know if the oxygen therapy actually did anything, but I felt great afterward and my sinuses have been clearer. A great experience. I'll be back for sure.

The space is clean, welcoming, and the staff always take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable.My personal favorites are the cryotherapy and red light therapy. The cryotherapy leaves me feeling refreshed and energized, and I’ve noticed a real difference in recovery time. A great experience, enjoy the infrared sauna. Very inviting and professional. Give it a try, you will love it. Trying the cryosculpting now. But, just a sauna person. Nice environment, very welcoming, and comfortable.
