First, Erin is phenomenal at this location.. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. The sauna is very nice, always looks brand new and seems to be very helpful especially after a workout! I am very pleased with this location and will continue using them.. Less

Can’t recommend this place enough! I love the salt and oxygen therapy for my chronic sinus and allergy issues. The cryotherapy and compression therapy are also great for any injuries, soreness, and recovery. Staff is super knowledgeable and passionate and very reasonable prices and options! We had the pleasure of having a mobile visit by, Nurse Kesha for IV Drip therapy. I was getting one for my sons fiancé and one for myself. We were going to book at the studio but the day we inquired didn’t work out and, Erin suggested the mobile option. I can’t say enough about Kesha who come to my home and was so wonderful in every way! She was great to talk to and very knowledgeable about what she does. We definitely will book again.
