Love this place! I may not look like I’m having fun during the workouts but I do love it. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The coaches take time to review the exercises and monitor your form.

When I say five star, it’s not a joke! This place is definitely a life changer for someone who wants to challenge themselves mentally and physically with a GREAT COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE!!! I haven’t been there for a long time, but in the time that I Have been attending Rob and Joey, the owners and all the other instructors have welcomed me with open arms. They check on you when you don’t show and support you when your knee wants to give out. Will definitely continue to be my home of fitness.

I became aware of CrossFit Iron Legacy due to being a strongman fan, and owner Rob Kearney is my hero. I went down to try a class and the whole staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. The community were great, friendly and passionate. And the class? I say this lovingly, absolutely beat the crap out of me! If you're looking for a welcoming, LGBTQ+ friendly, knowledgeable, and challenging way to get yourself in incredible shape, you can't do better than CrossFit Iron Legacy.
