One of the things I noticed was that when I did my usual lap swimming I was very short of breath. I had all kinds of tests: EKG, Exercise Stress Test, etc. The Dr. said my heart was not the problem. Since I went through schooling for Physical Therapy I remembered that the nerves for respiration and diaphragm control exited the spine at the neck level. I went to Dr. Andresen for neck adjustment and my shortness of breath diminished greatly. Then again, near November and December this year I started to notice shortness of breath while swimming again. Let me tell you that is miserable. It is almost claustrophobic. So I went to Dr Andresen again as I also had this lower back pain. He adjusted my back and neck again. The next time I went swimming the shortness of breath had greatly diminished. The second time I went swimming the shortness of breath was gone. I felt like I could swim lap after lap without tiring. What a great relief. I told Dr. Andresen how grateful I was. He asked me to post this because not many people realize a problem like shortness of breath can be relieved with chiropractic care. So I gladly have posted this for the benefit of those who are confused with a sudden shortness of breath which comes on when they exercise or even exert themselves, which is abnormal. I highly recommend Andresen Active Healthcare if you are experiencing vertigo triggered by neck issues. Drs. King and Andresen were able to manage my vertigo symptoms within week. I was able to get back to my normal daily activities, including exercise.

Dr. Andersen & Dr. King are both amazing! I love the flexibility, availability and the service that them and their staff provide. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Both Dr. King and Dr. Andresen are great Chiropractors. Explained each step of the process, why the condition exists, and what can be done to correct it. Treating the root problem, not just the symptoms. UPDATE: after a few months, their treatments have got me back to 100%! Excellent service!

In January 2020 I woke up with Vertigo and held onto my bed for dear life as the room was spinning out of control, I thought that it would never end and it scared the hell out of me that it could happen anytime, anywhere. I was in AZ at the time and went to see several Doctors one Eye,ear,nose and throat Dr. that charged a bundle and did absolutely nothing but recommend some exercises. Most recently, I was experiencing severe pain in my chest (it hurt to take a breath and I had shooting pain up to my jaw). When he informed me about his child and pregnant mothers experience i made an appointment for my daughter that day. To be honest I was a tad scared and couldn't watch as he adjusted her neck. She cried for maybe 15-20 seconds and was back to her normal smiling self. The very next day I woke up and had to do a double take, my daughter was holding her head up straight!!!!!!
