We did not rush the MRI (which I'm thankful for as I tend to spin out on any flaw, also it was going to be very expensive). We met in person once a week in addition he gave me modified take home excercises that he has continued to update with my progress. 6 weeks later I am in a lot less pain, am back to a modified yoga practice and did my first back bend this past weekend. 5 Stars :) Less
