I entered the shop frazzled & angry at myself over an issue that I thought I SHOULD be able to resolve myself. Charlie was wonderful. She talked me off the ledge and assured me that if it could be fixed, Chris would get it done. Chris and I talked a few days later. He presented me with great options (that saved me thousands) and my laptop was ready when he opened the next morning.
