Hello,I recently got a roof done by Reese, and it started off great. They were nice, attentive affordable and hit all my needs.But then it went south right after I paid them the amount to get started.First, the became very non-communitice even after multiple attempts to reach out. The one time I did get to talk to someone they told me they would contact me back and never did. This went on for about a month.Second, they gave me a story about the materials were delayed due to the materials company's truck being vandalized to the point where they had to buy a new one, which I feel for that company if it's true, they could have communicated it, instead of silence.Third, when the materials did arrive they were just sitting there for weeks before they actually came to do the roof.Fourth, they had my solar panels down nearly the entire time this was going on.Fifth, when I got the final bill it was 600$ higher than originally quote for "extra wood" after the job was finished, but the personal that came and did the roof never left to get extra materials and I wasn't informed extra materials were needed. I found out in the bill.All in all this job was initiated signed and mostly paid for I'm early November, didn't get done till late January / early February then charged for mystery wood that they said they used, but never was informed they used or needed.Edit: After talking with David about my issues and experience, whe was curious, and willing to work on my concerns and worked with my on a resolution. To me that showed dedication to me as a customer, so I'm updating my star rating.
