I don’t know the answer to that, but I do know that what they are doing is unprofessional in the extreme, and I do not like being lied to even once let alone seven or eight times over a week. I have had a couple of truck beds liner coated here and they have held up great. Turn around is quick. Will continue to work with them. Next up on the current truck is steps and plan to get a set liner covered.

They are quick, You can have it done same day which is great. Good quality liner! I did have them remove the previous bed liner but still would have liked to know if the end result wouldn’t have been 100% if I was paying for it to be removed, so there is some run off and clumps places.

Tiffany was amazing to work with. Needed my tailgate sprayed with liner to completed a repair. Dropped it off in the morning. Was ready to pick up after lunch. Great job by the whole team! Will be back.

Called later in the day about needing a sprayed in bed liner. They got me in next day first thing and I asked them if they could be done by noon and they hit the deadline to the minute. This is always my go to place for bed liners.

Had Trucks N Stuff Line-X my 2024 Ford Raptor bed and wheel wells and they did not disappoint. They also gave me a military discount which upgraded the Line-X to premium! The guy who drives their jeep each morning follows hard on people's tail and drives aggressively when you have kids in the car every morning on premier drive. Then he waves his hands and acts like you're doing something wrong when he is driving 60mph down a residential area. I'd never do business with these types of individuals. It's happened 4x now. Extremely rude.

Tiffany really hooked my Toyota Tundra up after replacing my stock factory bedliner which failed. Now I can't stop looking at the back of my bed enjoying the nice view of my new Line-X. In Oct. 2022 I purchased some running boards. By December, the running boards began to hold water and rust. It is now June 2023, and the replacement has still not come in and the office keeps giving excuses of why there is a delay. The service personnel did not communicate with me about the problems. I have to call every day to get a status and the manager today insults me and said I am harassing her for posting the review on social media (her words after I asked her for the corp office phone number - "why don't you look up corporates phone number on the internet, since you're so good on social media"). I had her repeat her statement to make sure I heard it correctly. How could LIne-x Plano handle this better?: 1- call with updates on the refund or order status so I don't have to call every day. 2- don't blame the customer when time runs out after the customer waits day after day patiently for their order that was promised the next day. 3- don't try to skimp the full refund that your website promises. 4- don't act put out, defensive and hang up on the customer or tell them they are harassing you because they have to call to get an update on their refund. I sprung for the color matched Linex bed liner and was not disappointed! They did a great job. Not a single spec of overspray, nice even coat, and they carefully removed bolts and accessories before spraying to ensure all bed parts remain accessible. Very professional job!

Phil and his team did a beautiful job on my Line-X Spray-in Bedliner! Took a pic of the the before and after. They removed and disposed of my old plastic liner and sprayed in my new Line-X Standard liner in a matter of a few hours. Dropped the truck off at 8:30am and they called by 1pm with it all completed. Had my Ram 2500 lined with the Premium coat, and then they installed a Magnum headache rack and rails. Excellent attention to detail, timely work, and fair price. I'll be paying them a visit for future needs.

Got a spray in bed liner and the service and preparation was excellent. Very good work, and all done in about 6 hours. Couldn't ask for better.
