They are efficient, knowledgeable and direct. Their customer service and professionalism is outstanding. I recently replaced our AC unit. They sent a crew to take pics and measurements for a new system within hours of my first call and Allen (the supervisor) spent almost an hour answering all of my questions on the estimate and the various system options and concerns. DO NOT USE PRECISION FOR ANYTHING!!!! Compressor they installed for $3k broke again a year later. It is also nearly impossible to get a response from anyone at Precision. Do not waste your time or money here if you actually care about your home. Less

Spent over a week trying to get a response from them for a water heater replacement, they did not send me a proposal, return calls, respond to the inquiry or provide even the basic responses required to a potential customer. Would give zero stars if possible. Less
