Order service and process was faultless! Was provided with invoice details in advance of the work carried out. The engineer who arrived was very friendly, very help and very efficient in carrying out the required work in quick time despite the awful weather.He was apologetic after calling to confirm arrival in 15 mins and upon arriving and me explaining the email sent to me about the arrival time being 8-8:30am rather than 8 - 3pm, with a fee being incurred if access was prevented.Would've been 5 stars otherwise.
