Jeremy and his colleague did an incredible job with our windows. They were also super responsive and fit us into their schedule with little notice. We live in a historic home, so opening and accessing the windows is particularly challenging. I really appreciate how they were very upfront about what they could and could not accomplish given how the storm windows and screens are installed. They were willing to cancel the job after they cleaned some of the windows because they didn't want to charge us given the limitations with what they could access. You could tell they have high standards and did not want to do subpar work. We are so glad we went ahead with it because the windows look great! The crew arrived on time and worked through the full scope we'd agreed on with no back-and-forth. They power washed the house and basement steps and cleaned every window inside and out. The house looks noticeably brighter, and the basement steps came out cleaner than I expected. Pricing was fair, the work was thorough, and they were easy to deal with. I'd use them again, and I've already recommended them to a few neighbors.
