As someone who has not had much experience to Crossfit in the past, the staff and members at Crossfit 11:24 have been more than welcoming! The gym is a friendly and welcoming environment with more than enough equipment, as well as coaches with enough experience to cater to individuals of all ability and experience levels! Today I have some time on my hands to review this gym. I would try my best to give review every three months. I am currently sitting in my car at the gym writing this review lol. I would like to start that this gym is a Godly one. Being a Jesus girl, I look forward coming to read a verse of the day. Second, the owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Personally, I’m on the reserved side of life and normally I’m not the talking type if I’m new in an environment; however, I’m very observant. As a healthcare employee who comes to the gym after work, I’m normally tired at the gym after interacting with my patients all day so I’m normally quiet but that doesn’t stopped the staff from being so sweet. The biggest elephant is that I’m African with an accent ( which everyone has to each other) ; therefore, it can be hard being the only person in the room and not feeling weird, however, the staff tried their best with accommodation. Only recommendation is to incorporate some Afro beat music on the workout playlist lol; though I know all the American and international songs😊. Less

However, the highly-trained coaches will help you find your individual starting point and accompany you down the path to safely pushing the limits of your body. The coaches and your peers in the gym will help you stay motivated throughout the workouts, especially when you're near the end of a workout and find yourself wanting to quit just shy of the finish line. Every exercise and movement you see on the Workout of the Day has multiple scaled-down variants so that you can safely and comfortably participate in the workouts regardless of physical limitations. It is not an easy program, nor does it ever become easy, but if you put in the work, you will absolutely be rewarded for your time and effort. Putting in the effort will quickly pay off and improve your physical health, increase your self-confidence, and finally - should you choose to be involved in the CrossFit 11:24 community - expand your social circle. CrossFit 11:24 is a great gym. I've been a member for almost 4 years. Callie and Tyler do a wonderful job making everyone feel welcome. The other coaches are top notch. It makes my day to spend an hour participating in one their classes. I consider it an anti-aging formula. I'm 71.

This gym is beautiful! The gym is very spacious and actually has heat and air conditioning which is very rare in crossfit gyms! Everyone here is very welcoming and the coaches are all very knowledgeable. They have tons of equipment and machines to use too. I really love this place and the people!!

The gym is big and clean, with good equipment, showers, huge parking and of course, AMAZING coaches and workouts. I've been visiting other gyms since moving and I couldn't have chosen better. Gym with structure! They start every class on time, warm up together, and the hour is filled from start to finish. They provide tons of scaling options to bridge the gap of skills to keep people progressing. Programming follows cycles to ensure PRs without having to do accessory work. It's been wonderful. There is very little if anything bad to say about 11:24, the only downside is that they have a very full schedule and open-gym time is limited to 7am on Saturdays or 3pm during the week if you want to do any of your own programming. Dropped in today for the first time on a visit. It was great from start to finish. We were welcomed as soon as we got there and the coaches and members helped make us feel like it was our home gym. Lots of space and really clean!

The facility and building is awesome in its own right, but the coaches and community are what truly set this place apart. I have never in my life felt so welcome in a gym environment. I am not an attorney and I cannot provide legal advice, but in my own personal non-legal opinion, the winning attorney(s) will probably say something like this: Callie and Tyler at X-fit 1124 KNEW of the dangers of sending their joggers onto Crescent and Trammel but did it anyways despite their awareness of the inherent dangers that are both obvious and were also explicitly made known to them by neighboring homeowners. Callie and Tyler chose as their response to this known danger to simply place a slow down turtle out front of their business on Crescent. Callie and Tyler also chose to go on the internet where they derided critics of their choice of route for their joggers and the suggestion that people X-fit at some other place that does not present the hazards presented by Callie and Tyler at 1124. Callie, presumably, chose to go outside at scream at drivers at least once (as an aside, a poll of neighborhood drivers will likely produce repeated occasions of this anti-social behavior by, presumably, Callie. All I know is I have myself seen some very very fit middle age white lady do this, yelling at another driver, while not corralling her own joggers at their clear danger points). What Callie and Tyler did NOT choose was an alternative, safer route for jogging. Callie and Tyler failed to act appropriately in response this known danger despite their actions proving their knowledge of the problem that created the SUV/PUT-human crash that brought us all here to court today. A clockwise, one-way route around 1124 would have been safer and would have been a very obvious solution. Crossing the Marietta Pkwy at the light at Crescent and using the stroller path would have been another very obvious solution. Due to Callie and Tyler at 1124's failure to act, here we are in court. <= That is what court will look like for Callie and Tyler who probably don't feel great about seeing their names used here in this simple conjecture. How will they feel when this is IRL a few blocks over at the courthouse? My guess is, "stupid." They will feel incredibly stupid for choosing ego and turf over the safety of their customers. All this said, do I personally GAF? Not really. I am fine driving very, very slowly on my way home just a few streets over in the neighborhood. I am just driving home. I am in no hurry. Driving slowly in a 25 zone is not a big deal to me. As a matter of fact, I am typically a fan of neighborhood forces that require drivers to slow TF down in neighborhoods. When I drive, I normally hold up every driver with the misfortune of driving behind me in a neighborhood (that's every neighborhood - not just my own). The problem, however, is the situation with 1124 goes far beyond being a net positive that makes for slower traffic. I hold a legit concern that I, ME, my SLOW driving arse, if I am driving my SUV with its SUV side mirror blind spots, even I may run over one of 1124's joggers someday. That is my concern. I don't want to run over somebody, especially somebody who may not know any better due to 1124 Callie and 1124 Tyler's cult-like influence on them. Based on 1124's writings here, they apparently feel entitled. Their feeling of entitlement clearly influences their customer behavior. These folks run all over the street coming and going at the intersection of Trammel and Crescent and also on Cresecent's blind-ish curves. I don't mind waiting for them, not one bit. Slow is good. I have an SUV but I rarely drive it anywhere other than road trips or/for hauling stuff, so it probably won't be me, but one of these days somebody driving an SUV/PUT with its SUV/PUT mirror blind spots isn't going to see of the 1124 joggers. While I know this, most SUV/PUT drivers have absolutely no clue their side mirrors will conceal an entire car from their visibility when it's at 1030 position. The 1124 joggers mostly look to be blind with exhaustion after jogging for 2 minutes, so they aren't going to see the driver that doesn't see them. Boom. Less

The facility is beautiful and always clean. The coaches are absolutely amazing. They are so knowledgeable and manage classes (big and small) with ease. As a newbie they help me feel at ease doing movements that are still awkward bc I have their guidance. You can also count on your fellow classmates to help if needed. Interested in more cardio or strength workouts??? They have those too with the Engine and Pump classes. Personal training and nutrition coaches are available for hire too. They have it all!!! The coaches are all very patient and encouraging and really do a great job of helping beginners like me learn but also setting goals and challenging those that are more advanced. The gym is a new building in a great location. It's a beautiful facility with air conditioning, plenty of space, and all new equipment. Everything is in great condition and is well maintained. The owners are a young family that are really invested in helping others and contributing to the local community. They couldn't be nicer people. The people posting the recent negative reviews clearly haven't taken the time to meet the owners or have any reasonable discourse over how pedestrians and cars can share the surrounding side streets that lack sidewalks in many places. My wife and I just had our first experience doing CrossFit. We decided to go to CrossFit 11:24 and it was a blast! Great place to workout, great encouraging people with a great experience! By far the best CrossFit gym I’ve been to. Great staff, incredible building, awesome environment and top notch equipment. Highly recommend to anyone in the Marietta area. Both experienced CrossFitters and new people will feel at home in the relaxed, family environment but the drive to do better will surely result in personal improvement.
