Helped fix nagging pains I've had during exercise for years which several other PTs haven't been able to make any progress on! I've got outstanding PT here and they especially have the knowledge and equipment to help athletes. Many places are focused on the average joe/jill coming in because their doctor made them, or returning the elderly and sedentary to their normal routines, lacking the ability to help active individuals. It can be defeating going from PT to PT and get an extremely minimal and rushed assessment, given one or two generic exercises and pushed out the door. I've had the complete opposite experience working with Tessa! She assessed everything from tightness to imbalances to movement quality, consideration for what hurts and doesn't and what my training plan is like, doing form checks, taking detailed notes week to week for comparison and seeing what in our PT plan is working and what isn't. Dry needling, cupping and massage regularly incorporated into the treatments. She's worked directly with my strength coach to integrate my PT into my training and has always given me the fullest attention and effort for the full time of each appointment. I can truly say she goes above and beyond and has helped me where many others have been stumped. My PT exercises aren't easy and you're paying for quality here but I've gotten so much more done over 2 months working with Tessa than over literally 5+ other PTs over the years. I can't recommend them enough and they've returned me to lifting heavy with essentially zero discomfort in my knee and we're moving on to make massive strides in my shoulder pain. Less

I visited Summit Physio and Performance 1.5 months after lumbar surgery to relieve some of the stiffness in my lower back and hamstrings. After one treatment, I had a noticeable increase range of motion and the ability to perform toes-to-bar on the pull-up rig. As a career Green Beret, I had access to top trainers and therapists. After retiring in 2021 I struggled to find a quality therapist that understood athletes and really worked to find underlying causes instead of just treating symptoms.
