TJR was very timely and professional throughout the whole process. I had hail damage this past summer to the roof on my house and garage. It also damaged my siding and broke one window.I went with TJR because they specialized in insurance work. Having worked as a homeowner adjuster myself in the past, I knew that issues can easily come up in regards to the scope of coverage that an insurance company will allow. This is in large measure due to vaguely worded policies that seem designed at times to leave certain issues up in the air so as to be somewhat open for interpretation. That can mean a lot of money out of your own pocket if those issues dont go your way.My house was built in the mid 1800's so I knew old rot could crop up here and there. In fact, I did have some rot on my sills annd some on the wood boards beneath my siding as well. I also needed to have my roof boards layed over with plywood due to gaps in the wood. While my insurance company was generally good to deal with, a couple of those issues did raise questions with the insurance adjuster, giving him pause.Well, that's where TJR'S salesman, Dennis, came in big time. Dennis took the time to research state and local ordinances to make his case with the adjuster that these questioned issues deserved full coverage. I know he had to not only research the issues involved, but he had to present his arguments and do a lot of extra leg work to authenticate the legitimacy of his claims to the adjuster. In the end, Dennis made his case successfully, and the insurance company covered the questioned issues, saving me a good amount of money. Dennis made a big difference. He also seemed to keep an eye on the whole project from start to finish. He was at my house almost every day during the course of the job.He saved me a lot of time and headaches. I really did not have to engage in any back and forth with the adjuster. Dennis did it all. Saved me the stress and grieve. He's a persistent advocate for his customers. That's worth its weight in gold from my perspective. My adjuster was a decent guy I have to say...but big projects like this...issues always come up. Dennis handled them.The work was good. They cleaned the yard up every night and did not leave it in disarray. I had extra windows put in while they were working...and they didn't hesitate to do that extra non-insurance work while they were there. Very helpful.The owner of the company, Toby, was a very pleasant and approachable man to deal with as well. They all were!Yeah. I'd recommend them for sure.
