Next level care...period! We wanted to write to thank First In Care for the world class care they provided to my Mom. From the moment we called them and arranged for care, the compassionate team of caregivers were there to help. The patience shown to my Mom allowed her to adapt to life at her assisted living home at her own pace and ultimately gave her the opportunity to live a happier life. I can not recommend Dawn and her group highly enough. We signed my parents up with them right before COVID hit. They insist on living in Florida with us children being in MD and KY. It has been a huge weight off our shoulders knowing they are being cared for by such exceptional people. My mom is my dad's care giver and is now in declining health herself. Dawn and her group provide a safety net for us until we can get down their when they have acute health concerns. They have gone above and beyond this summer when my mom was in poor health and during hurricane Ian. It was a relief to know they had an evacuation plan since they are no longer able to drive out to evacuate on their own anymore. I have gotten daily updates during and after the storm as they are still staying at the hotel they were evacuated to during the storm. The care they give is as if they were their own family members. They will say, "that's what you pay us for," but in my book what they have done, especially in the past year as my parents need more care, has been above what I would expect from most agencies. Dawn even cooked my parents some soup and brought to them when my mom was under the weather. I don't think most agencies would have thought to do that. I am eternally grateful to them for all they do. We have been blessed to have found them. Less
