Kay Law went above and beyond to help provide information on a past mutual client to help clear up a credit bureau inconsistency. I was impressed with their thorough approach.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. James D. Clarke (Kay Law Professional Corporation) for over 36 years, during which he has handled six real estate transactions for me and my family. What stands out most is his consistently specific, practical, and clear advice that always cuts straight to the heart of the matter. He provides timely responses, is always available when needed, and delivers on time — every single time. His deep knowledge of real estate law combined with his calm; professional approach has made even complex transactions smooth and stress-free. In an industry where reliability matters, Mr. James D. Clarke has proven himself to be an outstanding legal advisor and trusted partner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate lawyer who truly cares about their clients’ best interests. Thank you for your many years of excellent service!

We had a very short deadline to close our mortgage. My wife and I were looking for law firms to close the deal and we went to Kay Law firm. We felt welcome since the minute we arrived; Cassandra was on her way out but she took the time to explain and take our information. Our lawyer, Jamil, was always very professional and answered our questions promptly. He was also able to close the mortgage in a timely manner. Thank you all for your help is this stressful process.

I was very nervous during my two interviews for the job. The lawyers and their staff made me feel very comfortable during the interviews. The atmosphere at the office is very family orientated.

Jamil and his team were incredibly helpful throughout my mortgage renewal process. He is knowledgeable, confident, accessible, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcomes for his clients. I was in search of a new lawyer and am truly grateful to have found Jamil. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs— 10/10 experience.

Jamil Shamji's team was very friendly well organized and extremely informative. Their attention to detail was very high and I constantly felt like my business was important to them. The whole process went very smoothe even though the mortgage company kept moving the goal line.I highly recommend this law firm for all your legal needs.
